Alexa, Ali and Emily were the best in customer service I have experienced in a very long time in retail shopping. The store looked excellent and they all were very pleasant even at the closing hour. Just left Loft at mall of Louisiana and had a fabulous customer experience!! The clothes are sooo cute and you can't beat the prices. Emily the manager was super helpful in letting me know what looked flattering on my body type when trying on clothes. Best loft experience I've had

Reputable brand of well made clothing for the professional. Can usually find good deals. This location has great store hours, but parking is insane.

Zero customer service, very dirty store. I was told that I could not enter the fitting rooms because I am a male. Employee didn't even have the nerve to make eye contact while telling me this. Not everyone is a pervert.

Do NOT go here!! They seriously overcharged my friends and I. When two of us called several times and left messages, trying to get the charges fixed, nobody ever called us back. I went in to try and get the charges reversed and the bartender remembered us. Now, he did give me a free glass of wine for my troubles...nice, but it's not my $48 that was wrongly charged to my account, or the $25 extra dollars charged to my friends account, or the $21 that was charged to another one of my friends cards that night....for a total of $94; almost $100 of over charging!!! The bartender was nice, but still...it's the principle of it all. He and the manager spoke about this, which indicates that they obviously got our phone messages and just didn't call us back...great customer services guys! He clearly remembered us order a total of 6 bottles and said one of the bottles wasn't picked up so they put it on my tab, which I had forgotten to close since one of my friends said they were paying for my tab (and that charge did, correctly, go to my friends card). After speaking to everyone in our group that night, we realized we were charged for a total of 9 bottles! Not the 6 that he remembered so well. We're now disputing the charges with our banks. But just a heads up, the bartender said this sort of thing happens more frequently than you think because people forget to close their tab. That doesn't justify you over charging them for their mistake. Poor business practices!! We will NOT be giving the Wine Loft anymore of our business and everyone else should think twice before going too...or pay cash and watch what you're being charged. There's also another wine bar right next to them, Bin 77....just go there instead.

We went to the loft last night for the first time with another couple. We walked up to the bar and ordered crown and 7, but they were out of crown. The bartender was very nice and apologetic, and did make some other suggestions. We sat in the most uncomfortable chairs I've ever sat in. Our waiter was very nice, but he brought one menu for 4 of us to share. I asked if we could have more menus he brought us one more. We ordered appetizers and he brought us 3 plates and 3 sets of silverware for 4 people. The couple that was with us, shared a spoon to eat there soup. My husband and I both ordered the shrimp and grits, but they were out of grits. The food was terrible, the seats were uncomfortable, and I don't believe I will go there again.
