Went there to buy lawn chairs. They didn't have any of the basic lawn chairs. They are the third retailer not to have them. I am wondering if this companies wide now. One last store to visit. Although, Lowe's is a very nice store.

I literally waited 20 minutes for someone to finally come assist me in the paint department. There was nobody shopping so the store wasn't busy. The manager kept paging for the lady who was suppose to be working that department, and she never showed up. The employees are always hiding seems like it. A1 will be the best thing. Customer Service is awful! These youngsters don't want to work.

Lowe's has more of a personal touch....The employees are mostly friendly, easy to talk to...I like to visit the little bargain section in the rear of the store, not that I buy a lot from it, I enjoyed looking....What I don't like is no cashiers self serve check out.....

The staff was so so nice when we went and they have anything for home decorating and repair. However they are high in the price department. (A bag of 20 zipties was 16$)

My coworker and I went to get a piece of plywood cut that we needed for work. After 45 minutes and 5 failed attempts to locate someone to come cut the wood for us, we were frustrated. We waited in the back of the store for someone the employees said was coming to show up but they never did. Finally we decided on some pre-cut pieces that were not as thick as the wood we needed because we really needed to get back to work. We get to the register and the cashier named Rosemary asked how we were doing today and boy did me and my coworker let her know how aggravated we were about the situation. She was dead set on helping us get what we needed. We were already decided we were taking the pre-cut pieces, however the big smile and willingness to help and rectify the situation changed our mood quickly, long story short, every store needs a Rosemary! If she’s the last face that people see before they leave the store than y’all are going to be okay. She took a bad customer experience and changed it with her friendly smile and kind words. Rosemary needs a raise!!!!! Thank you for making my day a little brighter 🥰

Plenty of inventory. Lumber priced can be beat at local lumber yards. Someone to help you can be hard to find. Yep, you'll have to find them, nobody's gonna ask you if you need help. Also shopping on line is not great because the website is not great. Shop local when you can. You'll better service and in the long run you won't spend much more...

As a courier, I don’t have issues at this store for the most part. I appreciate a stand up performance from Chris in the lumber section for helping me out when I was picking up an order today with my 2 year old today. Thanks Chris, you’re the man!! 💪🏾💪🏾

I am livid right now as I write this. We bought a washer and dryer for our new house last Saturday and were told they were out of stock at the store and would order and deliver both today. Not a problem; we can wait to do laundry for a week. Fast forward to today: The delivery crew shows up with just our dryer, saying the washer is out of stock and they don't have it. Meanwhile, every order tracking update I've received for the past week--including the delivery confirmation I just got--lists the entire set. So now I have a system saying it delivered my washer and dryer and a house with just a dryer.
That is bad enough on its own, but where my frustration really takes off is when I tried to call the store to get any sort of information about the issue. The first three times I call and get robodirected to delivery issues, it rings in perpetuity. Once I finally reach a human on call #4, I get to a customer service woman who interrupts me before I can finish explaining the issue to say that's a delivery problem and the delivery department is gone for the day. At 12:30pm. So then she says she'll try transferring me...somewhere...and I get transferred to a man who was talking with someone in the background before hanging up on me. I tried calling back three more times only to never actually make it back to a customer service person.
My husband was finally able to reach someone, who told him we have to call back first thing in the morning tomorrow because she doesn't even have access to the system to check on our order. How. The hell. CUSTOMER SERVICE does not have access to CUSTOMER ORDERS is beyond me.
I am beyond frustrated right now and will never order appliances from a Lowe's again if this is how customers who entrust the company to deliver as promised after spending a lot of hard-earned money are treated. Unreal.

Terrible service. Ordered a dryer, it was delivered 2 days later damaged. Heard the delivery guy call someone and mention this was the second appliance damaged that day. He said it was just a problem at the Cortana location, that the appliances from Siegen were all in good condition. My dryer was dented badly on both sides.
I took the dryer because I needed it to dry clothes that day, with the intent on returning for an exchange within 48hours.
Two days later the guys showed up again and took the dryer to process the exchange. 4 days later and I still haven’t heard anything about receiving my new dryer. When I call, I get placed on hold for half an hour or longer. When customer service does answer the phone I can barely understand them because it sounds like they are on speaker phone and talking from 10ft away.
At this point I’d rather a refund and just buy a dryer from somewhere else.

Order was delivered to another address and store refused to do anything . Hung up several times when trying to get info on delivering our geneapparently they trouble writing correct address and refuse to correct the mistake.
