Went in, spent over an hour at this location trying to purchase a lawnmower they had in stock. Spent almost $4000. Was told I could call back and easily set up a pick up time.
When I tried to do that, I was told a variety of excuses from it needs to be assembled and no one can do that to needing to refund the initial purchase to pick up my mower.
One manager did say they would have it ready, but the information has been inconsistent.
If my lawn mower is available for pick up tomorrow like I was told it would be, i will gladly change my rating to at least 3 stars, for successfully selling me a mower. As is, I’m planning to complain to corporate tomorrow. 4 thousand dollars is a lot of money to spend and not even get a straight answer.
Edit, picked the lawn mower by the expected time :)

Love this lowes. Parking is a little darker than I like, but store is nice. Neat people are friendly and ready to help no matter what dept they work in.

Worst people to deal with. Had some screws and nuts, but they didn’t have a barcode so they were expecting for me to take a picture of the barcodes in the store and bring it to the cashier so they can check me out and also a clearance item that a grab had a wrong price on the system and she said that they couldn’t override the price and sell it to me so they kept the item. Home Depot is better 100%

Suggestion: do not post online what you don’t have in stock. It’s a waste of time for us to buy something online and then getting a call saying that you don’t actually have that item. Many times, one single experience is enough to stop considering you as an option for home improvement projects.

Ordered full washer and dryer package. The day of the delivery, I get told, "it's running late, it nay be here today, but probably not. Will need to reschedule. Earliest is Oct 14th."
I month away (even a week) is unacceptable! They can't just have it delivered to my door, and I do the install either, even though it's supposed to be delivered that day or the next to the store. Would not even try to make up for this problem in any way.
How could my late delivery (them saying due to the storm now) in any way cause a month backup!? Impossible, and excuses from store, pure laziness and horrible attitude. Due your job! I will be passing this information down to those whom did get affected by the storm elsewhere, so they can avoid this stores racket.

Ordered dishwasher for next day delivery unhooked old one to have it hauled away. They keep canceling delivery but will make us sit here in 5 hour windows of time. Then cancel so the "Next day delivery" has turned into a week later and lots of time wasted sitting and waiting. Never again will I order anything from lowes.

I'm standing back here in lumber waiting on 3 boards to be cut. One worker called for me almost 30 minutes ago. About 10 minutes ago I called the store, asked for lumber, the worker said she would get someone. No one has shown up. I see and hear workers socializing, on their phones, but no one can do their jobs.
I waited another 15 minutes. I've been here an hour. I just left the cash register where I asked the worker to call the manager. The store manager said he would have someone go to lumber to help me. So far, I've waited 10 minutes for someone to show up.
Crickets.
Mind you, each person that I asked said they would get someone.
The store manager should be relieved of his/her duties for gross incompetence.
Go to State Lumber in Batin Rouge, folks.
These box stores just don't deal in customer service.
Update!!! After waiting over an hour, I called customer service again. This time I lied and said I needed installation from lumber. Somehow I got connected to flooring. A wonderful man named Thomas said he could help. He had my boards cut in 5 minutes.
I blame the mismanagement of this store solely on the store manager.
I give Thomas 5 Stars. I give the store manager less than zero.
Get your lumber at State Lumber. I should have gone there in the first place

Always have what I am looking for. Sometimes I shop online and pick up at the store. Picked up an online order today and everything was perfect. I made an error on my order and then returned the merchandise quickly. All associates were perfect, friendly and happy to help.thank you Lowes.

Always find what i need. The selection of screws bolts nuts is somewhat Limited but you can find what you need for most projects there. There would selection has something to be desired. You'll have to dig through the 2x4s to find straight boards. But they are there you just have to find them.

Went to the Lowes on Millerville in Baton Rouge yesterday May 25th, and I was beyond Happy to see the Beautiful Veterans display they had in one of the parking spaces next to the Veterans Reserve only parking spaces. Very tastefully done with a USA flag and then a flag for each branch of military and a bench. All to Honor and Remember those who Served and lost their lives for our Freedom and then those that have served and are still serving to help defend and protect our Freedoms. God Bless America and God Bless Our Military. Thank You Lowes for giving Honor to our Military.
