This place is run by complete incompetents. Don't even bother looking at the signs at the end of the aisles are because none of that stuff corresponds. Don't even bother looking at the Lowes app to find where anything is because none of that corresponds either. Lowe's business model seems to be "fuck you go somewhere else then." Lowe's made $86 billion last year, but they won't pay anyone enough to give a fuck about anything. If there was an option for negative stars, I would give it that.

Had a really good experience at Lowe’s today. Jeff in the Floring department and he was very helpful. He went on and above. Definitely checked every box of costumer service. I’ll definitely come back again. Our renovation company is very thankful!!!!!!

As a contractor, Ive spent the past 10 years using Home Depot because Lowes was so bad in our area; however over the past couple of years they have remodeled stores and have become top-notch compared to Home Depot. I find myself preferring Lowe's now each day when I need to make a run to grab something for a job!

You can never find an infield/ industry/ experienced person working in their respective department if you can find an employee at all. Don't try to return an item without a pee test and your blood type. If you're LUCKY, they might take the original receipt. I used to love coming here.

Associates walking around talking on their phones, not able to help find products at all because it would require them not talking on their phone.Look I'm not saying you can't touch your phone, but if the first two associates I ask for help, not only can't help but have a phone conversation the whole time as well, I'm gonna have a bad taste in my mouth.

This is the worst lowes I've been to in AMERICA! Yall gotta train your employees better! Customer service can't print receipts without calling someone. They can't find items your ordered. I'm looking forward to robots taking over.I'm at customer service and they won't let me take a special order because they don't know how to "take it out the system" well I have the receipt and they say I have to wait...here's the kicker... they NEVER ASKED FOR MY ID!! So they won't let me take it until they can take it out the system but NEVER asked for my ID. This was at 4:33pm on 1/10/24.I hate this lowes with a passion.

I'm trying to do some patio and yard improvments but this particular Lowe's doesn't make it easy. First visit I had to wait because not even the Lowe's employee could reach the pavers that remained on the pallet so he had to find someone to help while he got the forklift to turn it around. He didn't seem happy about it and it took him so long to come back I thouogh maybe he'd blown me off. Meanwhile, I went inside to get some concrete blocks only to find the aisle was closed and would be at least 30 minutes before it opened again. Yesterday evening I went back because I needed 4 more of the pavers and that aisle was blocked and the forklift guy from before told me it would be an hour before he'd be opening it because they needed to move some of the pallets of soil around. Needless to say I bought my concrete blocks and pavers elsewhere. I do understand they have supplies arriving that need to be brought into the store but it seems that the workers tasks take priority over shoppers. I'd wait 10 minutes while they did part of the task then gave shoppers a few minutes to grab what they needed but asking someone to wait 30-60 minutes is ridiculous. Neither of these incidents is the first time I couldn't get what I needed or an errand that should have taken me 15 minutes or less instead took much much longer.

Always a great experience at Lowe's on Siegen Lane. The store is kept clean and well stocked. Prices are decent, on par with Home Depot, and the staff is friendlier and more knowledgeable. The lumber is about as good as you get from a big box. If you're a contractor I highly recommend their "Pro Program". Depending on your purchase volume, the discounts are great. There are other perks as well.

Just not a good store. The person at the customer service counter specifically was rude, I was going to buy a fridge through them! The fridge I wanted is literally on display at the front of their store and when I met with the sales person he simply said nothing I can do we don't have it. Why would you have a fridge for sale displayed at the front of your store that you can't sell???

Just an Fyi, I went for an interview a few weeks ago at the Baton Rouge store, it was a joke , the lady didn't even spend 10 minutes, she barely looked at my resume, then gave me this line of bull that I would fix in the garden center well, based on my background of tools and equipment, when my experience is in construction and management, my thing is why blow smoke and tell someone that you going to call them back in couple days when you have no intention of calling someone back, over my years I done 100 of interviews, and I always called the person back even if they didn't get the job, always be honest, when you can't be honest up front then don't say much for the company, just my thoughts,

I went to buy pine straw bales. There were bales in a locked trailer, but I was told there were none for sale by the customer service.After I left I was on hold for 10 minutes waiting for a manager. She told me that I was misinformed by the associate. I wasted time and gasoline due to incompetent employees at the lowes south baton rouge.
