I initially asked for a full set ombré was told they could not do it. Then I asked if they could do any other designs and was basically told they couldn’t really do it the pedicure service felt rushed as if I wasn’t a paying customer wouldn’t recommend

I do not recommend this nail salon. I was the only person in the salon and asked for a manicure. The lady who proceeded to do my nails told me they looked fine and that I didn't need a manicure. She then proceeded to charge me for a manicure when I told the cashier she never did the manicure. The cashier went to the back to speak with the lady and told me I still had to pay the manicure price. I also asked for dip nails and she put clear dip on with nail polish over them?! I was confused beyond because I had never seen someone put clear dip on and then nail polish? The lady finished my nails in 15 minutes and overcharged me for the worst nails I have ever received. I won't be going back here.

I didn't have an appointment. I walked in and they were slow so they took me in right away. I was getting a deluxe pedicure with gel polish and a regular manicure with no polish. They rushed me through everything. Doing my nails at the same time as my feet and wouldn't even allow me to get comfortable or even put my purse down before they started. Had me in weird positions and it was very uncomfortable. The lady that did my callus removal actually cut my heal. I didn't realize how bad or that I was bleeding until after I was gone. I have a high tolerance for pain and thought she had just rubbed it raw. Then they charged me $92.00 which is way overpriced for the service I received. I would not recommend and will not be going there again.

Horrible. She talked on phone entire time while doing my nails. My daughter getting married this weekend and 2 hours after gel nails applied alrwady chipping. Terrible shape way too thin. She was in too much a hurry to make $55 then didn’t take her time to give me what I paid for. Then there polish on my cuticles and none on edges of tips most fingers. I was hoping for a relaxing spa day with my mom but as soon as we walked in they were barking orders at where to sit and to find a color. The guy doing my nails was doing 3 people at once so it felt very rushed and I was not happy with the results. He also wasn't very kind to me when I told him I wanted thin nails and he said it wasn't possible. I never leave reviews but I left feeling unhappy with lumpy nails ??Services: Pedicure

I love luxury nails. I get my nails done all the time and they have such a great environment. They give student discounts and put up your picture on their student board. Most of the time, they do a great job even with hard designs.

Horrible. Their work is very tacky and overpriced. My nails looked as if a kindergartener did them. The pedicure chairs are old and raggedy. My nails started popping off the next day! All nails were off within 4 days. Don't let the name and location fool you! They are literally the worst! Now I see why there were no cars there and only one customer on a Saturday! $128 dollars wasted!

Don't ever go here they don't do nails correctly don't put the liquid on the nail that wholes it on your orginial nail. They will not fix the nail that crack just do it as if you never said anything about it. Just be mindful of this place when you go there or if you go there.Service: Acrylic nails

Today was my first and last time going to this nail shop, I was really excited to go after reading the reviews and calling prior (2/6/22) to ask if they could do designs, upon being told yes and that an appointment wasn't need I came in today (2/7/22). I showed them the design, shape, and length I wanted. The guy who did my nails made a couple of comments that made me unsure of whether or not he could do the design I asked for originally asked for and I offered to change my design and he said that it was okay and I didn't need to change it- first red flag. Throughout getting my nails done I told him I noticed one of my nails was shorter than all of the other ones and I didn't want my nails to be that short. He basically ignored my statement and said "it's okay, I'll file them,"- this was the second red flag. When he began to do my design I knew he couldn't do it, but he decided not to make that known until after curing the first part of the design on my nails. I know not all shops can do certain designs which is why I came with back up options prepared, but instead he did whatever he wanted on my nails after finally telling me he couldn't do the original design- this was the final red flag. The shape isn't even sharp and it's very crooked on a few of my nails, the French isn't executed well and to be frank messily done, and the design looks like my youngest sister did it. I'm giving them two stars versus one because my pedicure went well and the price wasn't as much as places I usually go to, but I guess you get what you pay for.

I went to this place around 2pm. No other customers where there. The nail tech rushed my nails. She kept recommending more services after I agreed to 1 upcharged. Very pushy. I will never return. I have told so many others not to get services done here. Poor job.Service: Acrylic nails

We came in for a simple pedicure. The place looked cute. They asked if we wanted the deluxe. Sure. The foot baths had no liners. They barely did anything, I had to scrape off my own dead skin. They probably spent 10 minutes max for the entire thing. She paints my nails, and misses so many spots, paints on my skin, and gives the most unfinished look. To top it off, we go to pay and its $50 for a hack job. I find it hard to mess something up so bad but never say never.
