I cannot say enough amazing things about the staff and service we received today. I was buying my 16 year old her first car. I’m a single mom on a budget, and Scotty didn’t make me feel horrible for having a small budget. He let me test drive several cars, answered my million and one questions and made the buying process a breeze. I have one very happy and surprised girl, and they have my recommendation for life. Thank you to Scotty and the owner for everything today. I’m so glad I chose y’all to purchase a vehicle from.

No way man. Went to test drive a car and they pulled it around for me to test it. Every dashboard light was on when I got in! And only half the AC was blowing cold the rest was hot air.....like the excuse I got when I said the car has issues man. Guy told me it was just sensors. No, there was brokenness all around. Soured me on their integrity. No indication that dash lights were on in the car's description. No thanks a waste of time.

I'm a customer, the juke is my car, I'm Bianca's husband! You sold us a car with problems and didn't have the decency to try to resolve our situation. When we said that the car was having problems you simply said to "call the insurance". You implied that it was our fault for buying an old car. You don't respect your customers, you are a disservice to the Baton Rouge community!My wife and I bought a car from here (Nissan Juke) that broke in a week. The rude dealer told her there is nothing he can do about. And now we have a 2k bill to pay and a car that does not work. Do not buy cars from her! Not reliable at all and rude

I just left with a Chevrolet Malibu after continuously searching for a car for months. The service was incredible and they were eager to help me find something not only in my budget but that I would enjoy leaving with. I would suggest this place to anyone in search of a car! Thanks!

*****Response to your response: I bought a 2011 Nissan Juke from you, and yes you talked to me twice and both times I told you I was having problems with the car. And yes you told me that was my problem because I bought an old car, you were on speaker when I called you (two mechanics and a friend were listening) even my mechanic was surprised at how rude you were and wrote down the name of the shop to warn people. I asked if you had information about the car and you laughed and said you have too many cars to know about.I bought a car and less than one week later started overheating, took it to the mechanic and it had a blown head gasket. The mechanic said that whoever sold the car knew about this problem. Called the dealer and Nelson told me "Well, you bought an old car, that is your problem". Not only I will never come to this place but I am also advising all my coworkers and people coming from the same country as I to never get a car from there. Horrible experience

A Nissan Juke was bought few months ago and the car stopped working in one week. So far, nothing was done about it and the car is still unusable. They are not being able to fix it and the dealer is not doing anything about it. Horrible place to buy a car, zero consideration with the costumers.

You guys are great! It was hard for me to get in touch with them for a minute, but after Mr. Nelson explained that it was pretty much a 2-man show, I completely understood why. I came in not realizing they didn't do in-house financing (I definitely recommend going to Premier Credit for this), but Mr. Nelson shook my hand and told me he would save the car for me until I got the financing I needed. I came back days later and Mr. Scott drafted up the papers. We had a very good conversation and he was very transparent about any issues with the vehicle. I've never bought a car on my own before, and after speaking with him and my brother I was very comfortable with buying the car from them. Thank you gentlemen so much for helping me out!!

****EDIT**** Clarification to owners reply: I mispoke...one of the gentlemen actually works at the auto parts store. I continue to be in contact with him. As far as the owner doing the repairs to the vehicles. He has "repaired" the Grand Cherokee twice to date and stated nothing was wrong with the Liberty after it caught on fire. We only use certified mechanics. I do take strong offense to bullying, threats, and false accusations. I made an attempt to work with the owner and complied to all he asked for three weeks with no resolution. I feel this is more than fair.We recently purchased two vehicles from M&M. Unfortunately both have had huge problems. One caught on fire on the drive home. We paid a wrecker to return it for repairs but after a few days was told nothing was wrong with it. Since then we have spent $550 taking care of one code issue and it is in another mechanic shop currently with three codes and they are unsure of the repair because of the fire.The other vehicle had a check engine light but the owner attempted to fix it. Once "repaired" the same issue reoccurred at which point M&M sent it to be repaired which took about a week. Since then the same code has returned and we have paid $650 in repairs. The code has returned. The owner will offer to "repair" but it is our experience they are never repaired. The first two weeks the vehicles were with the dealership more than with us. We were never offered a loaner vehicle. I spoke with the owner this morning and he stated he could not pay for repairs made by someone he didn't know or trust (oh the irony). Either we can continue driving the vehicles 43 miles one way to hope they are repaired after being there a week or we can use our efforts to make sure no one else has this same experience.**Note: In the visits to and from the auto part shop I have met two people who purchased vehicles from M&M. One of the gentleman had his vehicle catch on fire after purchase. The other gentleman had to replace his engine. They were both offered to return them for the owner to repair them.Unfortunately, there is no negative stars.

I purchased a Toyota Highlander from here which lasted 6yrs so I returned to purchase another vehicle a couple of months ago which turned out to have several problems. I put more money into getting it fixed but I was recently told the engine wasn’t good. I should have returned the vehicle after the check engine light came on the day after purchasing but I trusted his word saying nothing was wrong with the vehicle upon purchase. I called today to see if I can switch it out but was told no and I totally understood because of his policy. Would I purchase again? I would because you’re taking a chance anywhere you go and Mr.Nelson is a great man! I’m just raising awareness when purchasing a vehicle because I’m heartbroken I wasted almost 8,000 on something I can’t use, I have to now hustle a way for them to get to school. It doesn’t hurt to have compassion and still keep your loyal customers bringing in the money ?. A good heart will take you places money can’t. Next time I will bring to a mechanic after purchasing. Have a great day and I still recommend this place. UPDATE!!!!!!! IT CAUGHT A FIRE WHILE I WAS DRIVING! THANK GOD I AM ALIVE! NEVER AGAIN….. I tried contacting you after I purchased to ask if I could trade it in but you told me NO! I see you did it for others who don’t look like me. You have my paperwork so you know when I purchased it. You stopped answering my calls while my truck kept stopping on me which was dangerous. I’m just raising awareness about purchasing as is vehicles to ppl who doesn’t have compassion to switch out cars if something is wrong with the previous one. You have no idea how much time it took me to save to purchase that truck then check engine light on the next day!!! I never purchased my real license plate from you because it was a lemon
