First time I went shopping at Macy's in5 years. I was lost most of the time. Was looking for a Bowtie set. Love all the ladies. All very helpful. 👍

What’s with the buzzards flying the perfume counters! It’s disturbing how they fight over customers. It really made us uncomfortable. I have to question going back. If 10 salespeople didn’t come up and ask if we needed help, even while we were speaking with a salesperson they stood watching. This was weird!

I don't come out to the mall that often ever since my Husband died couple years ago so I decided to go To Macy's Because next month is my Nephews wedding because I needed something formal to wear I'm on the main floor holding several different gowns when an employee approached me smiling saying Good morning are you finding everything okay I looked up and smile Yes she offered to take my the dresses to start the fitting room She said what's your name I said Asmralda She said I'm Catherine if you need any thing else please let me know it was very busy in that section she came knocked on the door to check on me to see if I was doing okay a previous conversation I explained some of my health issues she listened and understood 💕 She said take your time To make a long story short Catherine was an amazing caring polite employee I will start shopping more at this Macy's Thank you so much Catherine for all your help and Compassion
