I can't say enough good things about Herman Fitch and all the Magnolia Center team. Herman was the first person I met when I started my home sound system journey. His knowledge of all the components I asked about was amazing as was his immediate understanding of what was important to me and what I wanted to accomplish. The Project Manager was equally as knowledgeable and was more than flexible in meeting my time frame. And then, last but by no means least, the installation crew! These guys have probably over 20 odd years of experience combined. They came in, very little chit chat but very friendly. But they get down to business. They each appeared to have their own area of expertise yet could overlap if and when necessary. Nothing flustered them (not even my mini horse size of a dog!). They may have flipped a coin deciding who was going to have to teach this admittedly technologically slow 60 something how to use the new system. But I received excellent instruction. I am so happy to say that I am absolutely loving my new sound system. If you are thinking about getting a quote for a home entertainment/sound system I would highly recommend the team at the Magnolia Center on Blubonnet.

Jalen at Best Buy in baton rouge was absolutely amazing please ask for him if you need any help! he helped us greatly and made buying multiple things easy going and made us feel comfortable about what we bought! he was very detailed about every product from less expensive to most expensive and let us descide what we wanted to go to! 10/10 service thanks Jalen!

I can’t speak for the installation crew as I install all my own stuff. However the sales guys are great here. My normal guy Chad actually keeps in touch with his personal cell. If I have an issue he is quick to respond and help. If you’re an audiophile like myself Iggy (Who now does installs I think) and Jorden (Sales) really knew their stuff. Many people are quick to sound off with a bad review after one bad experience, not so many remember to leave something good for a good experience though. I’m just giving credit where it’s due. Thanks guys!

About a year I bought a 65' high end Samsung TV including the wall mounted installation by Magnolia and the extended Geek warranty.
