Not happy, I went to this store to look at a mattress I was interested in & I planned to buy it online to get free shipping & delivery. I decided to buy it & my salesperson Logan said he could get it from the manufacturer & not charge shipping, so I let him.He ask if I wanted to buy the mattress protector for their warranty. I turned it down because he told me I would still be getting whatever the manufacturer offered. I didn't think I needed the extra warranty from mattress direct if I was already getting one. After sleeping on the mattress and it being to firm & hurting me I called my salesman about my warranty so I could exchange it and he told me I wasn't eligible for the sleep trial from the manufacturer because it was ordered through him & not myself. Now I'm Stuck with an expensive mattress I can't sleep on because I was being nice and let him order it to help him out too. He could have been nice & been honest with me about the warranty Correction manufacture has 90 night sleep trial refund or exchange.

March 2023, I brought my Mom to the Siegen Lane store to buy a new bed. She is 90 years old and not quite 5 foot tall. We were looking to get something that would fit her size and ability to safely get in bed. Taylor helped us pick out the set. She told us if we were not satisfied with the bed we could return it. Because the bed needed to be low for my Mom to get in the bed, Taylor suggested a mattress base that could be lowered as low as she needed. She told Mom if she didn't like the bed or had any issues, it had a warranty and could return it. She also sold us a mattress cover with cooling properties and protect the mattress. Mom was very excited to get her new bed.On the day of delivery, the crew removed the old bed and came in with the new setup. When they went to open the new base, Jesse, one of the delivery guys, saw the frame was bent. This was late in the afternoon and he said they would come back at a later date with an undamaged frame. I told him they would have to temporarily make it work so my Mom was not sleeping on the floor. He had me take a picture of the bent frame and said he would tell the warehouse about the issue. Informing me that they would either replace it or give her a credit. They also said the bed could not be as low as she needed it.After contacting Taylor about the issues, it took a few days for a response. It took about a week before they came back out to lower the bed. Jesse, who had been there the first time, asked me to show him the bed. I said I was glad he had come back and he told me he had never been to this house. Taylor was told these were two different guys that came out the second time. He said he had never been to the house which was not true. I have cameras with him walking up the driveway so I know it was Jesse both times.We tried for several months to make the mattress cover work, the fitted sheet kept coming off the bed because the mattress cover is slick and the sheet will not hold. Yesterday, I went to the Siegen store to return the mattress cover. I talked to another sales person and told him I wanted to return the cover and explained Mom's dissatisfaction. After trying to give me a sales pitch and skirting around the problem, he looked up the account to see what we had purchased. He then said he needed to talk to the manager/supervisor to see how to do the return. He asked to go in the back to call so I am not even sure he called or what he told them. He came back out and said because I did not have the package it came in, I could not return it. We were never told we had to keep the packaging. At this point, the delivery people unpacked everything so maybe they took it.Because of promises not kept or untruthful and after talking to Taylor again, she told me returns are not allowed. I am writing this review because they never contacted me after emailing. It is still too high for her and at some point she will not be able to get in the bed by herself. The frame is still bent, the delivery guys did not tell the truth and what Taylor promised, low bed, and return policy was not accurate.NEVER buy from this company, their service and warranty are not as promised and if you have problems with their product.........good luck because they could care less. Only want the sale!!!!

There is a new manager in this location by the name of Logan. He is an amazing person. He knows all about the qualities of each mattress and does just sell you the highest one to be selling it. He makes sure to get you the best product in your price range while also making sure you will be sleeping very comfortable. So when you go into the location ask for Logan. He is guy!! Thanks for all the help Logan over the past few weeks. I was going to write a bad review about this company and location specific, but he is the reason I didn’t and kept me as a returning customer.

Barry at the Baton Rouge location was extremely helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Awesome customer service!!!We received our mattress today and are very pleased. The delivery process was very smooth. They kept us informed every step of the way. The 2 delivery guys were very professional and timely.
