Found this COA firm via a recommendation on FB. So glad, he helped us at the last minute and got everything taken care of in a short time. Reasonable fee and he and his staff are great to work with! So helpful!

He runs a one man office. It is him by himself. He touts that as a good thing. Unfortunately if you want anything done, he isn't the guy. He is extremely slow, he doesn't respond to emails or calls. I called him after a month of not receiving a call back and he responded "I've been busy" i will get back to you. Di he call back? Nope. Very unprofessional. I am glad he showed me the man he is before i trusted him with my business info.
