I bought a phone. On 12-31 from here it was a upgraded and it is the 7th now and since I had this phone it don't hold the charge delete my contacts and won't let me put pictures with my numbers and roams even though roaming is turned off so I went to the store to see what they could do since it has only been a week and the so called manger kloe ( spelled wrong ) said there is nothing she could do I would have to drive all the way to Hammond witch is a hour and a. Half away to get a replacement phone r. Pay $33 to get it put back on my old phone then to top it off she said I could not talk on my phone inside the store cause she was on a I pad watching a movie r something if anyone knows the owner r who to talk to please. Let me know I only gave 1 star cause it. Was the only way to write a review

The most amazing customer service ever!!! Naiem was awesome! Productive, helpful, and very pleasant! Love my new phone! If you are Metro PCS this is honestly the only location to go to! Thanks Naiem!

There aren't that many phones and/or phone accessories to choose from @ this particular location w/the only real exception being cellphones that start off @ prices that range from about $300-$400 a piece on up. However, those prices mentioned do not include any $$ amount of mandatory sales tax, activation fees, the cost of including any optional insurance on any of the phones, the cost of the various monthly phone plans/rates being offered/sold, etc . The sales associate working there was very friendly, helpful, patient, professional, & very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this particular store location to anyone who might be thinking about and/or interested in stopping by any MetroPCS Authorized Store that's located here in Baton Rouge, LA.

I am greeted immediately as I walk in to this establishment. I was helped by Trell. She made sure we got what we needed and was very professional. I had to come back the next day as one of my ports did not go through properly and she was more than happy to help. Great, fast, and friendly service!!!
