I go in the store to put service on a phone I bought off the Internet because on metro's website the IMEI number showed it was compatible. When I get there they tell me they don't know if it's compatible so I have to pay for service and activation first and if the phone is not compatible they won't refund me. I've never heard such nonsense. Every other carrier is able to tell you first. I know there is no way this is correct.

My phone and my account both got locked. The Metro associate Marlena at the O'NEAL office in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. I give a five star review on account of her. I will go there when I'm in town. I live in Purvis Mississippi. I was in town visiting my Momma who has cancer. I will never forget Marlena's help. Thanks, John White.

I went to this location on Black Friday around 2pm. I went to pay my bill. After I walked in, the girl that was working hopped out of a truck sitting in front of the store and followed me in. She said I needed exact change to pay in cash, because the open the till with $120, a hundred and a twenty. Anyone who is remotely connected with retail should know not to open a register with that. So I went to Dollar Tree to make a purchase for change. When I returned, she once again hops out of the truck in front of the store to follow me in. This girl should have been in the store, and the manager should know to open a register with some kind of change, especially on Black Friday. Ridiculous.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE->2138 Oneal Ln. They deserve NO STARS!!!I went into this location Tuesday June 22 @ 545pm. I was greeted by a dark hair male (Mikem) according to receipt with slight language accent. The initial encounter between he and I was pleasant and he appeared to be helpful. I was there for an upgrade phone but he said he ran into a problem completing the sale and told me to call customer service, which I did while in store. Once he seemingly fixed the problem, I continued with my purchase and he explained since I was inconvenienced he would give me a phone case and screen protector free of charge. I had inquired about the price when I first got there and was told $27 and I declined. He gave me my total and reached me my phone and bag. As I walked to door I realized he didn't give me a receipt. I went back to register for receipt and he said "I cant give you a receipt because I gave you a deal and whats on the receipt will be different from whats in computer." I began to inquire why would it be different if he just charged me an amount. For several minutes he went back and forth why he couldnt give a receipt until the female clerk walked up and printed it. To my surprise he had charged me $31.34 EACH for a screen protector and phone case that he clearly said was free. I had to threatened to call customer service and give the phone back for him to refund me $60 which was still not the full amount I was due. I WAS SCAMMED. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GET YOUR RECEIPTS BEFORE LEAVING THIS STORE.

Usually just one person on duty, but always pleasant and ready to help with anything you need. Our last visit the store was somewhat busy but she handled everyone in multi-tasking efforts. Answered our questions, transfered our phones, installed our cases and was very patient and friendly. This is our go to location for metro service.

Thankfully, I only had to deal with 1 female sales associate there who was very friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, & extremely helpful. I wish I could say the same thing about quite a few other Metro PCS locations/stores that are located on Airline, S. Acadia Thruway, & on Florida Blvd 👎
