Visited the store today and had an absolutely pleasant experience. Owen was a great help and got me going with no issues when another store was trying to charge me almost $29 more for the same help he provided for less. Highly recommend if Owen is assisting.

Alexis in the store assisted me and my family very lovingly and quickly. I recommend coming to this store. In addition to good service, the store smells clean and the store is always clean.

Definitely recommend you ask for Artis when you're there, he was extremely helpful in transferring my data from my old phone to my new phone. Sorry if I spelled his name wrong

Owen is a liar and a thief and a peice of dog poop , called and told me about a replacement phone and then pretends to look for the phone and it's not put items on the services that I didn't ask for. Betty the District manager was on the phone telling lies as well a phone was never order

The manager at the Coursey Blvd. store, named KAVEN is not the person to be in that position. Her attitude is very disrespectful. Her customer relations are very poor. She is not a people's person at all!! She must realize that, "it is not what you say or do; it's the way you do it!! ................Update: I was contacted by T-mobile representatives; Vernon and Herman Frazier. They were very understanding, apologetic, kind, and worked respectfully to resolve my situation. This is not a reflection on T-mobile and their excellent service to their valued customers; I just want to stress that! "Great job.......I truly thank you from the bottom of my heart!" "I give you guys TEN STARS!!!"

Samantha and Melissa were great at delivering superb service. When I entered the store I was the only customer present. During my visit five other customers had come in and these two ladies were great at acknowledging every customer and their concerns all while also addressing concerns from customers who were calling in (talk about multitasking)! Samantha was handling customers' needs all while training new hire Melissa at the same time. Both ladies were so pleasant and professional. Melissa was fun, energetic, and eager to learn which is refreshing these days. KUDOS to both you ladies. Keep up the great work.

I went in there to get a new phone because mine was broken. It was a great experience. The person working there was name Brennan and he was able to help me get a new phone. He was kind and helpful.All and all he made the process easier. The experience was a 10/10, I will be going back if I have a problem.
