I went to Michael's today to buy a frame for a certificate and had a great experience. The lady at the framing department was incredibly friendly and helpful. She made sure I knew where to find the types of frames I was looking for, helped me select and cut some custom matting, and even opened the prepackaged frame and installed the matting and certificate for me. I will come here for any future framing projects. Thanks!

Love Micheals and everything about them. My 4☆☆☆☆s is only for the new "check out" systems. I would rather use them if in a rush, but when you accidentally ring something up twice an the employee can not figureout how to take it off and won't let you help. Then, there is a problem with the fast check out. Other than that, I love all the merchandise they sell, and most employees are always kind and friendly.

I experience racial profiling one day when I was looking for some items for my sister birthday . The man kept following me around the store. Mind you it was other white people and I was the only black person along with my sister, and he cont to monitor us as we shop. Told the manager and she seems not to care.

Great and helpful staff. Some of the staff is very facials with common DIY and Cricut crafts so that made a world of difference when purchasing materials.
