First time being at this location and will likely be my last. I had a bad experience with one of the employees working in the LabCorp department. I didn't catch her name but it's the fat tall woman with the dirty shoes and brown hair. So unprofessional and GHETTO with her loud laughing and talking. I guess some places will hire anything off the streets even if they're unqualified and have no concept of customer service.

If I could give this place a "no star", I would certainly do that. There is no doctor in the building for healthcare on Fridays because they all take off that day--so why even advertise it. Friday is my only day off to get there, and I cannot get to the facility M-TH which caused missed appointments. Dont tell me to take an "hour" out of my day....why dont YOU take an "hour" out of your day to get somewhere with a work load the size of Louisiana!!! You do not know my work situation. This hospital and my primary physician WEAPONIZED the medicine that keeps me alive by completely denying and cutting me off of all prescriptions because I could not make it to their availability. I was told to make it on Friday to do my labs, and the doctor MIGHT make a 30-day prescription. What is the use of coming on Fridays to get my labs done if I cannot see a doctor on Fridays??????....POINTLESS. So what happens to my body when I become resistant to the medicine. What happens when that resistance shows up on my labs...Im already off my medicine because of you (Thank you, Dr. S!!).This doctor took a healthy person from the medicine OFF all their medicine and created a problem instead of resolving one. After a week of contacting the doctor, I received no response until I had to make a phone call to them. It was just silent denial and business as usual....not a care about their patients in the world. You don't WEAPONIZE someone's medicine as a punishment or leverage to get them in the building--this does not work. You are out of touch with your patients! This was very unprofessional.

This place does NOT know how to call you back. I’ve been out of my face medication for 3 weeks and they NEVER call back like they say they will. good luck trying to receive a call back if you really need something.

One of the customer service representative that took my call today name Sarita was very rude and unprofessional. I needed to schedule an appointment, Sarita tone was very unpleasant fron the beginning. After briefly going through the process she asked for my insurance information, I didn't have it on hand... I asked her did I need the card info before she could make the appointment(which wasn't until march) she said yes, I stated I'll need to call back once I print it out. Instead on her ending to call like a professional customer service representative she just hung up. I called back to report her and someone different answered I asked" if there was anyway I could find out who I spoke with earlier she said" NO" how can I help you?Before I could finish explaining to her what happened she gives the phone to Sarita which went back a forward with me about giving me her name, mind you she didn't give out her last name..... but she has all my information. REALLY!!!This is sad how people are employed with certain position that should reflect care, concern, professionalism, kindness and respect. But you're faced with ignorance.I suggest during and after the hiring process the company should:Screen, record for training purposes, this way they can weed out ppl like Sarita, and offer on going training throughout the employment and discipline when needed.Everyone has their own personal struggle and shouldn't project it on others. You’re in a place of business that should show peace, heal and healing.I wasn't asking for a hand out, just an appointment to see my doctor.Be blessed not stressed.Unhappy client

Kind staff at check-in. We must obey God’s commandments… Masks are preferred not required. The Great Physician said (FEAR NOT) FOR I AM THE GOD WHO HEALETH THEE!!! Happy Birthday Jesus!!!

She is rude and unprofessional. Don’t use another doctor if it’s an emergency wait on her !!! Because she gets upset when you go to another doctor when she can’t see you . You must wait on her in order for her to keep you as her patient.

I think sometimes medicaid recipients are treated like second class citizens. Made 3 attempts via telephone to reach Sheila Perkins (NP). As of this writing, no returned call and a feeling of being brushed off by the person "screening" her calls. Will continue to search for a Dr. elsewhere. Prayerfully one that is attainable, and less indifferent.
