They had a good variety of stereos to choose from. They guy told me I could stream via blue tooth videos. It was not true when I went back and the other employee helped me.

I found all of the staff to be very helpful and I felt like they have my best interest in mind. The manager Nick is exceptional and took time after hours to help me trouble shoot an issue with my motor coach. They have earned my trust and a customer for life. I would not think of going anywhere else.

As a follow up I was contacted by the Better Business Bureau that Mike's Audio would like to speak to me."Better Business Bureau has received a response from the business to your customer review submission. The response is below:We were recently informed of your review regarding the service you received from our company, and we are genuinely sorry to hear about your negative experience. We always strive to provide the highest level of service to our customers, and it is disheartening to learn that we fell short of your expectations. Firstly, please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused during the completion of service. We understand that you had certain expectations, and we regret that we were unable to meet them on this occasion. We take your feedback seriously and will use it to improve our services moving forward. We would appreciate the opportunity to rectify the situation and make things right for you. Our customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we would like to address the issues you encountered during the service. If you could kindly reach out to the management team at, 225-292-4986 we would be more than willing to discuss the matter further and find a suitable solution."I called as requested and asked for the management team. I was put in touch with Nick. I explained the situation. I stated that I was happy with the salesman's choice of products and the installation. I did state that the salesman did not address additional cables and labor charges and was upset with the lack of communication by the salesman. I also was upset by the additional trip that it took for the Sirius tuner and the additional labor.Nick was very apologetic about the issues that I raised and admitted that this had not been handled correctly or up to their standards. I was basically refunded the cost of the tuner and tuner installation labor.I can honestly say that I feel that the problem was corrected to my satisfaction, and I was treated in a respectable and fair way. Shout out to Nick, thank you for all your help.

Mikes Audio is by far the best in the business! I explained what I wanted and Mike went beyond my expectations! Mike and his crew are very professional and does outstanding work, if you need a movie room done this is the place to go too.We love our theatre room!

Do not go here! I got a amp, radio, speakers, and tweeters installed here. My amp doesn’t turn off with my stereo leaving my battery fully dead overnight and every 4-5 hours, one tweeter and one speaker no longer work due to being wired incorrectly, radio cuts in and out randomly, and I paid for a wiring install for a future amp and was not installed, and lastly buzzing engine noise comes through the tweeters and speakers that still work. When calling to consult them about all of these issues I got told I would get a call back, never got one so I called again and never got a call back, now every time I try to get in touch nobody answers. I had to fix all of these issues myself in my garage, should have done it myself in the first place seeing that I must be more competent.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. They are ugly and rude and do not stick to their word. Was told if I was in when they opened up at 9am, that they would be able to put my radio. I was told that they were 100 percent sure they could do it today if I was there for opening. I was there at 8:30am. They opened at 9am. They did not keep their word and was rude and ugly about the situation, so we went to Onsite Radio, that's 1 minute from Mike's and they are so awesome and so much nicer and cheaper then Mike's anyway, so glad I did not use Mike's. This is not the 1st time that Mike's have done this to me. Do not use this place. Go to Onsite Audio, before you choose to go to Mike's.

Very cool employees. Treated my well not like an idiotI was doing self installation so they gave me great instructions then took it another step and made sure I had all the current information by taking time to give me several printouts. They also gave me a referral for merchandise that I would've had to order but was able to go get somewhere else that day. Definitely worth the trip

Mike’s Audio has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced .The men at the counter were not helpful at all and prices were too high. I also saw one of the employees smoking marijuana in the parking lot. The company is definitely not managed well and needs a new staff asap.

I went to Mike's Audio on October 20th and spoke to a man named Jared. We discussed my situation, and he told me that the part would arrive in two to three days. After waiting for a week, he told me to check back on this or that day if it hadn't arrived. When I called, he would have people pretend he wasn't there, so I had a friend call from her number to ask for him and he was put on the phone. He still couldn't provide any evidence--not even a tracking number--that he had ordered the part. Instead of holding him responsible when I arrived to speak with Michelle, the manager made up a story about it being out of stock. I am a store supervisor, so you would know that's not how back orders work. You would be informed if it's back ordered, and if it was, I would like to know as soon as possible. You would also at least have a confirmation or tracking number. Please go somewhere else if you have a serious matter!

We showed up to purchase an in dash apple car play radio. Enjoyed the radio for a week if that then it started malfunctioning. Had to call the manufacturer to reset it and they informed me the radio was the European model NOT the US model and they actually had a lot of problems with that particular radio. We brought it back twice for mikes audio to work on it. As of now, it’s still not fixed and still malfunctions. Also some of my speakers don’t work anymore either. We about to bring it to another audio place to put a whole new radio in.*edit to add: the info in the computer system is my husbands not mine*

wanted a great sounding system had 6k readily to spend guy tells me $2200 and I got screwed guy asked and called was not sure of the product said he had to talk to the manager etc. Spent a lot of money there the bald-headed guy told me after taking my money that the technicians weren't that great. Went on and on about he has no control after I make my purchase he sits in a mustang ignoring my questions said before the Rockford was better then turns around and demos the hertz he has in his car at this point feel lied to. I referred them because everyone told me they were the best .how do u tell me one thing is the best then go demo other things in your vehicle and tell them that's the best and I asked for the best? My Last time shopping there I want the best no entry-level equipment the BBB will hear about this.

Do NOT go here. They will rip you off in a heartbeat. I paid $400 just to have the wires redone on my radio because they insisted that would fix an issue keeping my car from passing safety inspection. They made up some garbage about the wires being oriented in an unsafe way. I waited 4 hours for them to do the work and after spending $400 I am furious that the issue with my car is not resolved. They are not fast, affordable or honest.

I have owned a mystery shopper service for over 25 years. I ALWAYS let business owners know when customer service is good or bad. The service I received from Mike’s Audio today was outstanding! It was courteous and done by professionals who seemed to care about my satisfaction.
