I love Darius! He is so knowledgeable and has such a great, calming personality. I was having problems with my daughter's account and he walked me throughout the whole process of fixing it. He reassured me that the issue would be fixed and it was all thanks to him!

Their mobile app has been out of commission for at least two months. If you can't make a deposit with it what is the use of having the app???. They know it isn't working, why can't they fix it? I don't think they care about their customers. Don't bank here because it is hard to switch banks and this one will make you want to change banks!
