I no longer want to be a member with this bank/credit union anymore after almost 10 years. I have reached out to District Manager Erika Bachand at perkins both by email and phone, no response. I spoke with a manager by phone at the same location and they never followed back up. I have spent hours on the phone with cardholder services and the contact center. Angela Mims never called back like the representative stated.I have had such a horrible experience with neighbors dispute process. Although I fully comprehend the process can take up to 60 days, it shouldn't take a month to send a letter to the entity to request funds. And the request are not guaranteed.Also, went to Howell Branch Friday because I have been speaking with personnel on the phone. No help. As of today 9/27/2023 a letter still has not been sent to an entity. The letters should be generic because they did not request a great deal of information from me anyway. Will be a month next week. Each person is a robot reading the same info that it takes 60 days to request my own funds back. Definitely removing all money from the accounts

We had the worst experience with Erika Bachand. She was supposed to assist us with the accounts with our loved one that just passed away. She had no compassion and treated us like we were beneath her. We are african Americans and look to have the same assistance as anyone else. When we let Erika know how we felt in regards of the compassion she lacked. She said I'm sorry you feel that way. No apology, nothing. This by far the worst experience in life I've ever had. She should not be in her position even with the experience. She needs training

Car loan was paid off well over a month ago. Neighbors failed to cancel the lien after telling us 5 weeks ago that the lien would be cancelled. At this point, Neighbors has an improperly recorded lien (i.e. liability). They were curt on the phone when we spoke with them earlier today.

Came in to inquire about a loan, was greeted instantly ,the wait time was short and Austin , the loan officer was awesome, gave me all the information I needed to work with.

I worked with Ms Tiffany McCoy regarding my mothers accounts with Neighbors FCU. My mother's account was compromised and required closing account and opening new accounts. Ms McCoy was so polite and extremely helpful. She made great suggestions for protecting accounts going forward. Her knowledge and customer service was exceptional. She was far superior to anyone I have dealt with at Neighbors FCU.

I have made numerous visits to the Perkins Road Branch to transact business of two deceased relatives. They have been extremely helpful in assisting me to take care of business. Everyone I have been in contact with has shown a sincere attitude. I will only use Neighbors for my personal finances.

I’m a new member at Neighbors. I was assisted by Ms. Jonithia Steptore and then by Ms. Sylvia Durand (my problem required 2 days). May I just say that both of these ladies were very warm, very helpful and very patient with me. They went over and above to help me transfer from another bank to Neighbors. They both get a 5 star rating from me. Too bad there’s not a higher number than 5.
