Ease of business is absolutely the best. Want to apply for a loan? You can do it in min through the app! Have a question or concern? They will get an answer/solution to your problem in a timely fashion. I would recommend them to everyone!

Everyone there is nice I just hate they have the live tellers I hate it like no one ever helps you up hand they always make you go to the live teller rather then help you their self. I’d rather speak to someone in person rather then talk on a machine bc it’s rarely any help everything’s going electronically and I don’t like it it’s like self check out at Walmart. When I asked if I could go to someone to pay my carnote instead of the live teller they told me that’s the only way like why can’t there be someone to assist people to pay it straight forward rather then a machine or whatever

They are THE worst. Paid 2 months up front, then they used the 2nd months payment for interest. Then they make you sit on a phone and wait for a customer service rep and your forced to listen to 8 seconds of elevator music until it recycles again. Then they get your info just to tell you “let me connect you with Somone who can help” and the terrible waiting cycle starts again. Spent 2 hours on the phone to get absolutely nowhere, they tell you to download their stupid app and monitor your loans and stuff because they don’t know anything. Legit worse business in central, even worse then the pizza/spaghettis place in the strip mall.

It’s Horrible that you can’t get in touch with anyone after hours to dispute a charge if someone have been using your card. Other Banks have a 24 hour # to call are report concerns but not them ..I’m thinking about closing my account and putting my money in a bank that u have access to 24 hours…

Daniel with NFCU in Central was fabulous today, teaching me how to use “live teller”. It was my first experience with this and it’s great! Drive up service but no boxes, no pens, no drawers, no containers just a screen and a very pleasant teller. Daniel walked me through every step, making this experience fun while learning what seems to be our new normal! Thank you Daniel.
