Jon is always so helpful and knowledgeable every time I have been there. Even on the numerous times I’ve needed to special order a size he/they have always been very prompt and attentive with all my needs. Will continue using Big River for many years to come.

I always have a great experience at Big River, but this time was Jon was exceptional! I was immediately taken care of as soon as I walked in, and while I only came in for two pairs of tennis shoes, Jon made sure I was covered with the socks, the slippers, all the things! He made the experience personal and I didn’t feel rushed to make a decision. I will definitely be back and asking for Jon!!!

Jon Crews, store mgr. waited on us. He was very knowledgeable about the type of shoe tha would support my foot and also my wifes. He made us feel unrushed, even though we wanted to try on many shoes of various brands. Each of us left with two pair.
Big River is the best and so is Jon Crews.

Big River is my new go to, for all my footwear needs. I purchased a pair of sneakers on Friday and found after several days they were a little snug against my toes. I went in and asked on the following Friday about the wider version of the same shoes. McKenzie helped me by letting me try on the wide and extra wide versions of the shoes. I settled on the wide version which was much more comfortable. She looked up the original purchase in their system, and swapped the original pair for the new ones with no additional cost. I am blown away at how committed they are to making sure their customers leave satisfied with their shoes and their experience. Stop in and ask for McKenzie by name, she is a true asset to Big River.

I had an outstanding experience at Big River Footwear with Cornelius. He was truly an expert as he listened carefully to my needs and leveraged his knowledge to help me pick out the most comfortable pair of Hoka shoes. On top of that, Cornelius was friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about getting the fit and comfort right. His customer service was exceptional and made the entire visit a pleasure. Highly recommend this store and especially Cornelius.
