So when I went in there today to purchase items and tools camel backpack that was full of drink one of the store associates a young black fellow ask me to take my backpack off I told him it's not a backpack he said he didn't care that I had to leave it by the door I told him I wasn't taking it off so he proceeded to tell me to leave the store and then called the police escalated situation as I was trying to leave he was steady trying to escalate into a fight so I said much obliged you want to fight come outside and I will take care of that for you bad experience will not go back there again

Lazy employees wouldn’t let me in 30 minutes prior to closing and lied about the register being closed for the day. I watched someone check out after they said that.

**Title: Very Disappointing Customer Service**
I recently visited Ollie's Bargain Outlet for the first time and had a very disappointing experience with the customer service. While the prices were excellent and I found what I was looking for, the overall service left much to be desired.
The cashier seemed new and was clearly trying her best, but she needed assistance from another employee who was more interested in her phone than helping. This senior staff member acted like she couldn’t hear the cashier’s requests for help, which was incredibly frustrating.
When I asked about a membership card and the 15% enlistment bonus, no one provided any answers. I had to search online later to find the information myself. It’s unacceptable to ignore customers and fail to answer basic questions.
To make matters worse, I never saw any manager present to address these issues. It’s concerning to see staff on their phones and neglecting customers. Someone needs to address this poor level of service.
Despite spending around $220 and finding good deals, the customer service experience was horrible. It’s a shame because the prices are great, but the service definitely needs improvement

This is a mini Walmart.good quality , mostly off-brand stuff. You never know exactly what you may find at a great price. The books are the BEST part of the store, in my opinion. It’s just like a book department used to look. My rule was, when going in any store with my young kids, if we were shopping for more than 15 minutes, they could pick out ANYTHING that they could read. Even if it was over their abilities, it demonstrated a desire….and that’s a lot….read about children’s decline in reading for pleasure.

The visit was horrible No greeting, Employee couldn't assist me with what I came for because He didn't know where it was. The store was messy things all over so I left. Very disappointed But I won't waste time nor gas anymore I'll just continue to Shop at the Ollie's in Dehnam Springs.
