I love having a professional there to correct my form. The atmosphere was really nice: great music, nice people and very clean! When I first walked in, the front desk staff member (Nicole) was super helpful and welcoming. The instructor (Channin) was awesome, and very motivational.

Earlier today about 3:30 I visited the Towne Center location and the front desk staff was preoccupied and rude. She made no attempt to assist me…I was really disappointed. I’ve heard very great things about OTF

Something about the OT simple gamification of exercise hits me just right to keep me hitting the gym (and getting up at 4a to make the 5a class). The coaches and staff at this location are all great.

I went to my first time ever OT Lift 45 class at Towne Center Baton Rouge with Coach Lainey and right into her 45 min 2g workout! A-mazing workout and great hospitality great to be home!

I like that the workout is done in an hour and it can be as intense as you like. The intensity is always your choice. Every time I do a workout I feel like I have accomplished something. And I’m almost always sore somewhere. I think that just goes to show that it’s an all body workout and how out of shape I am!

Thank you OrangeTheory Baton Rouge for great drop in visit during my stay in Baton Rouge! Wonderful part of OT community is getting classes while on the road.Welcomed at the desk by Hannah & General Manger Patrick. Coach Liv ran a powerful class. When I OT in Louisiana love getting SPLAT Points-I convert them into butter points so I can eat all the good LA cooking!!! Here I come Shrimp Po’ Boy!

A great workout every time, led by energetic, positive coaches. The staff at the gym are always helpful too. Makes my day every time I go (3-5 times a week)!

The system is very simple. I watch screen with videos I understand. Coach is more helpful with full hand

I love that OTF is a full body workout that you take at your own pace. I think the heart monitor feature is really cool and keeps you competitive within a class setting but also against yourself and your own stats. I have been going to OTF for almost 4 years and it's been my favorite type of workout class!

Tried to go to this location while in Baton Rouge for the weekend. Scheduled a Sunday morning workout, canceled the workout on Saturday well before the 8 hour mark. Got a confirmation that my class was canceled (and it was no longer in my app under upcoming classes). Gym still charged me $12 for a no-show even though I wasn’t registered for the class on my app. This has happened multiple times and they refuse to give my money back. I will never use this location again and I strongly suggest you go to one of the other locations in Baton Rouge. They say it’s “corporate policy” to not refund members.

Very rude unprofessional staff! I’ve been a member for a very long time due to my traveling profession and because of this unpleasant experience, I will be cancelling my membership. #1 I was put on the waitlist because the class was full. I arrived 15 min early to ensure my spot. I checked in and went to the bathroom. The staff member proceeded to let someone take my workout spot and told me I had to wait 5 min into the 45 min class and if someone doesn’t show up, I can go in ((Standard protocol… I get it)). Then she (Sarah) told me I could go in. I set my weights up and start my work out. 5 min later she comes in and tells me I need to leave bc another customer arrived! This particular individual has been very rude before but tonight was the icing on the cake! I pay almost $200 a month to be embarrassed and removed from a workout class. #2 I was sold faulty equipment for almost $200 that connects to your iwatch. It has not once worked and not one staff member knows how to set it up. They will not refund me my money and Sarah said they no longer sell those anymore Bc they are faulty. Hmmmm! #3 I asked to speak to the manager and she said you can take his card. I told her the number on the card was the gym’s number and asked how I can call him. She grabbed the card then drew an arrow to his email and slammed the card on the counter and said he can only be reached by email. I’m astounded at the customer service! We orangetheory members pay too much money! Invest in better employees! I’m very very disappointed Bc I love the trainers.

I truly appreciate the great lengths the coaches and staff have gone to ensure the space is safe and clean. I haven't ever been a person that "loved going to the gym," but my OTF coaches do a fantastic job of pushing me (and bonus points for good music choices). 10/10 would always recommend my OTF to anyone.

I never thought I would be the type of person to have “a gym,” but OTF changed that. I love the concept of having every class be different (I definitely don’t get bored) and signing up for classes in advance (some much needed accountability). Specifically at this location, I appreciate that the coaches and staff are so personable and encouraging. They have really pushed me to keep improving. I also think they’ve handled Covid considerations pretty well. I highly recommend!

I never thought that I would enjoy working out, but OTF changed that. The ever changing workouts keep me motivated, and the coaches are very encouraging!
