For being a chain, I was surprised by how flavorful their food is. It has become my new favorite American Chinese restaurant. I love that I can follow the nutrition details easily from their app. The staff is kind and the food is always hot and fresh, never dried up innthe steam trays. If I had a complaint it would be that the egg rolls aren't great and they're 2 bucks each. Just not a good product or a good deal.

Would leave zero stars if I could. Closed dining room early because they were too careless to clean and maintain the lobby. Was forced to wait 30 minutes in the drive through all to be told that they had two sides available and only two entrees. If you can’t staff your store don’t open it!

The drive through was slow. The workers seemed more interested in horse play rather than servicing the customer. One of my items was not in the bag when I got to my destination. I called to let them know but they would not answer the phone. I paid for food I did not get! I did the survey and reported my experience. I was emailed a coupon to BUY an entree and get a free item! Why would I buy anything from them when I didn't get what I already paid for? If they are going to screw people they could at least use some grease! PANDA EXPRESS STOLE MY MONEY!!
