First time ordering from this local location. Had minor difficulties with trying to place the delivery order over the phone so we went ahead and completed the order online. After paying and receiving email confirmation that was it. I was Never provided a time window of the delivery or any updates. (Had it delivered to a grieving friend) I had to call in the ask for an updated, that is when they pulled up my order and gave me a window. Once the time passed and STILL no updates I called back and was told the ordered was attempted and was left a neighbor? I called back to get clarification on that because I was confused and that is when I was told a different response that it was left at a doorstep still did not tell me what time the order was completed. I rate this experience due to the lack of communication and updates. I hope that they were delivered to the proper location…

Great experience with the staff, they were very friendly and knew exactly how to help me. I had nothing to worry about once I made it inside and talked to them. The flower arrangement that I got was absolutely beautiful.

My mom ordered a "Peace Lily" for a funeral service and it was absolutely gorgeous. The "Peace Lily" was huge, shiny and gorgeous. She just can't stop talking about how beautiful the plant was with a beautiful woven basket and white bow.

Overall the service was bad and I wouldn’t recommend. One lady was overly sweet and trying to help while the other was rude and didn’t want to engage. I was looking for wedding arrangements and wanted to support a small business but I get I will go where my money is welcome.

I wish I could rate my experience less than one star. I ordered flowers for a friend's birthday which were delivered last Friday. She had buried her mother Tuesday of that same week. It is that reason that the arrangement was so important. All arrangements are important but this was truly serving the purpose of a pick me up given the earlier part of her week. I ordered through FTD online and oddly enough, the site would not allow me to order a medium size arrangement or a small. I ordered the large ($99) and the small was the actual size that was delivered. I contacted FTD immediately after my friend sent the picture of the arrangement. Of course she was happy to receive it but I was terribly embarrassed given the size. The FTD representative indicated that they would contact the florist and have them re-deliver the large arrangement. After two days and not receiving a confirmation of delivery, I called FTD this morning. The representative indicated that an email was sent to the florist (Penelope's Flowers and Gifts) and they had failed to respond back. At that time, I stated "I really don't think they are going to respond". The representative then offered me a full refund for my order. It is something to be said about people knowing that they have not functioned in the appropriate manner-they don't own their mistakes. When customers order flowers they are important to them and that same importance should permeate through to the florist.

My boyfriend gave them very vague instructions on what flowers to include and they did an amazing job of putting together a bouquet! The chocolates were a wonderful added touch!!
