“This is a very convenient location overall. Typically the store is clean and workers always seem busy. Only complaint would be workers not necessarily helping much when checking out or picking up an online order. Wish that process was a bit easier. Appreciate them always asking if you want to use points upon checking out though. Layout of everything is straight forward and accurate.”

“I called the Vet clinic @ 5:03pm because my dog (Gizmo) was crapping blood. The tech told me they were busy and couldn’t see him. That didn’t sit well with me so I went to the store only to find out that they had one dog being seen for vaccine shots and a video call, I was told that if Dr Rodriguez finishes his video call befor 6pm he would see Gizmo. They have a sign posted that says “ Sick or injured patients are seen first for everyone safety”. I had brought him in because he was crapping blood, I suppose that was sick enough for them.”

“We purchased our two baby girls a month apart from each other!! One is a tea cup Shih Tzu and the other a tea cup Yorkie. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service and commitment to excellence that they provide to their customers. They even drove a little ways to meet us the first time, which was so kind of them. I loved that they provided detailed paperwork, especially the ones to get her registered. They made the entire process smooth and easy! I can also tell they love on their puppies before they go to their new homes… both puppies were so loving, happy and energetic… and great snugglers!! I really loved that the business owners (even her sweet son), took the time to make sure both puppies were well bathed before we picked them up.If you are considering purchasing, please decide on this business.. they are professional and overall super kind business owners.
