The staff are always so sweet and helpful. This time, I went for Santa picks. The camera didn't work, so they took photos on your personal phone. Seemed a bit unorganized, but it was before the holiday.

It's changed a lot. We had a dog, that passed away over 2 months ago, that was on a wellness plan. We're still being charged for it...I guess that's one of the contractual works the big companies throw into their fine print. We still have one dog there an after the contract is over we will be finding a more...personal vet. It is as if I feel like I got my family doctor from a big box store if that makes sense.. it's not very personal over there

Ordered for pickup, they claimed I only ordered one item. The other item was valued at $10 and was free with the other item. Told them they could keep it! Called corporate and of course they said both items were in the order. Corporate gave me a $10 off coupon. I won't be doing pickup orders here again.

Out of stock on the food we usually get. The selections are not as good as they use to be at this location, forcing us to drive further away to get what we need. Store aisles were cluttered. Petco in denham has been better for us as of lately.

Top notch knowledgeable staff....helped me with getting Fromme dog food....for my new puppy.
Great pricing and excellent amount of stock...also has several ways to save money that the other local chain prt stores do not offer.....
