The young man Dawnell Bennett was our POD delivery person. What an awesome addition to your company. He checked with us to make sure where we wanted the pod and double checked when he was done to make sure it was perfect. He always checked for traffic around the truck and drop point. Pleasant personality that started with a hand shake and an introduction. He went over everything we needed to know and how to contact someone if we had more questions after he left. 5 stars for this associate. Be proud you have a staff like this young man as I work with customer service and I know how hard it is to find good help. You can be proud he represents your company in this manner.

Aaron was a great help and great knowledge of what he is doing, very aware of the settings and obstacles of placement of the PODS. I was having problems getting the door to slide up, Aaron got back out of his truck and assisted me in getting it opened. Great job Aaron hope you bring my next PODS container. Until then be safe.

Thanks to Darnell Bennett, I’m good to go. The whole process with PODS moving has been great. Unfortunately my door got stuck when things shifted during transit. Darnell came to rescue. He was professional and precise. I really appreciate it. I would recommend PODs and their professional team any day.
