Sheldon Ashley were absolutely amazing. I lost my receipt, and time of day that I was here. They worked with me get me the receipt I desperately needed so that I can get my vehicles title. Thank you, you all are great.

This location has a real Gem her name is Ashley Theriot. She is very resourceful about the company and sales of upcoming vehicles on the lot. Ashley made this experience great for my entire family. Without her presence here it wouldn’t have been the experience to write about. Thanked Ashley you were phenomenal to the company and customer 100/100.

I had to share this review and my story. I want to thank Drake that works at the Pull A Part in Baton Rouge for all his help, this guy went out of his way to help me. He even stayed an hour later from when he was supposed to clock out to be sure that I was takin care of. I had been without a vehicle for about 6 months due to a blown head gasket. I got an engine off of eBay and it was no good and I spend a lot of money. I’m a father and have a family that depends on me and we needed a vehicle very bad. I seen this engine come up and started pulling it Saturday. I got heat exhaustion working in 100+ temperatures all day. I started throwing up and got very sick and couldn’t finish pulling it. I went back on the Sunday and the same thing happens, 100+ temperatures working all day in the heat. An employee there named Drake, seen my condition and he brought me a popsicle and two cold waters, which I was so grateful for. I had already finished all my water and Gatorades I initially brought because of the heat. He said he would be sure I got my engine before he clocked out that day. He stayed about an hour after he was supposed to leave and we got it pulled and on my truck and trailer. I wouldn’t have been able to get it if it wasn’t for him. This world needs more people in it like this guy. Thanks Drake, you da man!

When you purchase something and then pay the labor costs for them to remove it, it shouldn't be too much to ask that they not damage it in the process! Had to buy a transmission for my explorer, so I went and picked out what I needed. Then, when I went to pick it up, two employees loaded it into my vehicle. At NO point did anyone mention that they DESTROYED the underside pan and internal components when they removed it. I got it home, and as soon as I flipped it on its side to check the plug, the gouge was extensive. When you pay for a product and pay the asked price for labor, it's unacceptable to receive an item in this condition!

I'm a Proud VIP customer, and I've been doing busy with Pull-A-Part for well over 15 years. There inventory is outstanding, as they've "never not" had the car or parts that I need.I've grown to depend on them for about 80% of my automotive parts needs.Plus, the best are the best, so much that I never go to any other used car part places. Just don't tell my friend about it, because he owns a junk yard himself.

While we were searching the lot for our parts, another customer backed into our car and fled the scene. When we noticed and returned hours later, Chris spent nearly 30min searching the security footage and helping us with the police report even when it, at first nothing appear evident. Thank you very much to Chris for the good eye and great help. Other employees would not have taken the time or kept the positive attitude. The Lafayette location is lucky to have you, but your always welcome back in Baton Rouge.

So far I've gotten 2 ac compressors and neither one was any good .I appreciate the response to my post and it's just hard to keep going back and forth till get one that works..I'm paying some one to do this so if it was me able to do I would be lil more ok with that but I'm on disability and the guy spoke highly of y'all but i mean time I'm burning up ..but I haven't counted y'all out completely. I'll go back but not on something as important as ac in July lol thank yall

The clerks at the Greenwell Springs Pull A. Part were very helpful and accommodating. DeKendra and another associate (I am not sure of her name~ she wears braces) we knowledge and made sure I selected the correct dash pad. DeKendra made sure I was cool and comfortable by sharing her fan while we worked out the paperwork and payment.

I was without a vehicle for months,but then I went to Pull-A-Part and met a Auto Sales Specialist Named Dana. Dana went above and beyond as a Auto Sales Specialist. She made my first experience buying my own car Superb. She was genuine about making sure that I found the right car, working along with her employees as a team made the experience even better,to see people genuinely care about what you invest your money into. Went in on a Saturday in search of a car for my daughter. A woman, Ms. Dana, pulls up in a nice black Saturn with a quiet motor. She was telling another co-worker she was off at 4( it's like 4:15). She asked if we were looking for a car, what we had in mind etc. Long story short, my daughter was picky and this lady was still so patient. Didn't find what we needed, was asked to leave our number. By that Tuesday we were getting a call about a car that she thought my daughter would like. Needless to say, she was right. Ms. Dana provided awesome customer service as well as great support and patience. Looking for a car, go see Ms. Dana, it's worth it.

I bought a part but didn't need so I had my brother return it for me because I'm am in a wheelchair. They didn't inform him that he needed to keep receipt in order to use store credit and they didn't put it under my vip number. An employee also went threw my brother's tool bag and took idems. I was also over charged for cart rental fee. And again given no receipt for transaction. My brother got threatened to have the cops remove him because he was upset at how my situation was not being handled professionally. I shop at pull a parts all over and have never been this humiliated I will be taking my business elsewhere where I will not be treated like a thief.

went to this location and spoke to a wonderful person over the phone and met her in person when I got there by the name of Dana springer she is a wonderful person who helped me and communicated with me throughout the entire process of my purchase. I’ve traveled about nine hours and she kept communication with me the entire time I really appreciate what she did for me and I hope corporate notices her and gives her a great promotion because she is an example of what a dedicated employees should be.

I’d like to give a special shout-out to Mrs Dana Springer of the Pull-A-Part Baton Rouge Greenwell Springs location. I came in on a weekend looking for a suv that she had sold 2 hours earlier and my name was placed on a list. Being the great customer service advocate she is, she reached out a week later and I was able to purchase my 2002 Chevy Avalanche. She did a great job of going over the vehicle with me and answering any of my questions and concerns. The process was easy and friendly and paperwork was a breeze. She contacted me a few days later to check on me and see how the vehicle was holding up.
