Let's be clear, Nicholas is not the problem, he speaks back when a customer speaks to him. In between. I walked into 3425 and greeted the cashier, tall dark got with a RaceTrac baseball cap on, very rude and non-verbal! I know for a fact that Racetrac is really big on treating guests with respect. I'm just going to say you never know who knows who and I'll leave it that! Anywho, he was very rude when I spoke to him, didn't even open his mouth but I observed later on that he was verbal with every other customer. He probably doesn't like my kind, either way he is extremely disrespectful and discriminatory and doesn't need to be working in customer service.

This particular location must only hire affirmative action and no common sense type, it's a rougher area of E. BR. So the shift manager over charged me and I even told him it's wrong, the roller food is buy one get another 1$. AND the worker behind pizza counter didn't want to make the buffalo chicken and then told manager not me they were out ingredients..had they told me from beginning i would of went somewhere else..here is my recipe as proof..the employees have no business mind just punch in and do nothing..low class and low standards..

The employees are rude. I had an issue with the pump and the girl behind the register got an attitude with and tried to talk to me like I’m stupid, she need to find a job that requires her to work somewhere she don’t have to deal with customers !!

For starters, employees are not very nice, some got this horrible attitude. Seniors are really treated very poorly. You ask a question and they give you this answer that when ask why the changes they're like that's how it is or don't even answer at all, just look at you like oh well. The customer should be treated with respect. Unless that person is being disrespectful to the employees. Don't know if there's a manager in store but he or she is barely there for the customers if needed. Very poor service. Going to the one in Coursey BLVD. Nice place, clean, and the employees are very nice. Respectful. Owners should pay a visit to this establishment. THANK YOU C.J.

We just left this location around 9:30 ish, a woman who I assume is their night manager came in like a hurricane. Cursing and yelling for like 10 minutes straight, then the cashier that always has this horrible attitude (Jody I think) joined in talking trash about the other employees. This is by far the worst racetrac to visit at night between the three in this neighborhood. No idea who hired these two but gosh are they rude. Might have to start going to the one further down Sherwood.

Ironic that the men's restroom is locked in a store staffed by only women?

I feel so uncomfortable coming into the racetrack on Sherwood Forest blvd. I have been mistreated because of my race. I have been subject to harassment and discrimination. Horrible service here. This goes for the racetrack on essene lane also.

When I asked for my cigarettes Jody rolled her eyes, then when she slung my change all over the place. 2nd night in a row.

today I went to this place, I have been buying beer for the last 7 years here, I have shown them my ID many times (I am a 37 year old person) I find it annoying and racist that every time I go they ask for ID, yesterday I went to this place place and they asked me, I showed my ID and they ignored it, and today again, and the same thing happened again. I fully understand that you have to show identification in case you appear to be a minor, but this is not the case. I just told him that I didn't want the beer and I left, it seemed to me that the seller had an inappropriate attitude (name of the seller its Nicholas), if you don't want to go through the same thing as me, I suggest you don't visit this place to buy beer. This was the second time in 7 years that it happened to me, I hope I never go back to this store, I don't want to go through the same thing

It's 10:30 on a Saturday night and I just watched the two employees get into a car and drive off. Apparently this happens almost every night. I've probably gone by this location 5 or 6 times in the last month and they have been closed at least four different times. There are customers all over the parking lot right now and no employees to actually take their money. This is the level of ridiculousness we are at.

This Racetrac is definitely dedicated to the work they do. I’ve been to this place on almost a daily basis for several months and there’s almost always a friendly face behind the counter willing to attend and do the right thing for the public. The people that work here definitely don’t have shame in the regular upkeep involved at this location. It’s frequently very clean or even sparkly clean. It’s probably as close to clean as a gas station that’s at a central location can get. The employees here are much appreciated and probably deserve a raise. From my perspective, if I were an employee, I would check the soda machine every once in a while, because it’s quite common for people, perhaps like myself, to not let the employees know when they run out of a certain type of beverage at the soda machine. Having an updated soda machine is something that’s also very much appreciated.
