September 7, 2019 at 8p.m My sister and I entered the empty store and two associates were standing there in the front socializing. No one greeted us. So we proceeded to shop. During that time, I asked for a dressing room because I saw no one standing at the cash wrap. One of them hollered "Oh someone is back there". Okay, I go back there again and I still don't see anyone. So finally, one of the ladies come and open the door. So we try on our clothes and get ready to check out. Another associate, who was really nice proceeds to check me out. I had an exchanged so one of the associates who was standing in the front turned out to be the manager on duty. The associate tells her she needs an exchange and she was standing right next to her at the other register. She tells her with a little attitude "let her fill out the slip" so then after 3 MINUTES she comes to do my exchange. They had a clearance sale going on in which the sale prices were place on each rounder. So I got my outfit off of a particular rounder and they were several outfits EXACTLY like the one I had on this rounder placed together. So she rings up the outfit I tell her "that's not the correct price I got it off of this dollar amount rounder." She says "well, your outfit isn't that price someone place this particular one on the wrong rack" and procceds to finish her transaction. I said, well, there is about 5 of them on that same rack group together." She says "well that's wrong it shouldn't be there." and finishes the transactions. She was so rude and crude. I will never shop at this location again. I've worked retail and that's not the proper procall especially for a manager. I will stick with the other locations.
