Told me I needed a major card as second form of id to cash a check drove home, got my business debit card, and came back then I was told it had to be a major credit card! I don't have any credit cards and it should not be required to get my money! The teller and manager were very rude to me and told me to leave. I left and went straight to regions on Jefferson, they handled it quickly and apologized for the actions at college dr. I then called college dr and kept me on hold 30 minutes never picked up

Amanda showed me kindness today when I needed it most. This kind of customer service is what keeps my business and personal accounts with regions for the past 10 years! Thank you, Amanda!!!

I stopped in to open a bank account. At first they had to make sure they was enough time because they close at 5:00, but they saw that they had time they were extremely pleasant and helpful to work with. They explained all my options for business accounts and before I know it I was out there did with a shiny new checking account.

I lost my card and called the phone line to have the card turned off , the regions banker I spoke with said I could go into any branch and they would issue me a replacement. I came in and showed my license ,the manager told me my card is closed and they cant issue me a new one and handed me all the money in my account .I lost my card that was frustrating enough and now regions kicks me when I'm down, I already have enough stress they just added to it and regions doesnt care .All because I have a now card apparently that card gets you treated like you're not good enough or you're 2nd class. If I get treated this way as a basic customer why would I ever want to open a large account with them. And after reading the reviews at this location I now see why I got treated like trash., such a unprofessional way to treat people ,every customer should be considered valuable, you never know ,the customer you treat wrong could someday be the one who has large sums of money and remembers how he/she was treated and takes their large account to your competitor instead..

I just called the Regions on College Drive to see if a check would clear and the teller was HORRIBLE. She informed me that they were short staffed and had a customer in front of her. She suggested I call 1-800-Regions to get information about the check. When I asked for her name she said please hold and hung up. I would not open an account with Regions if they were the last bank on this earth!! They do not deserve one star.

Absolutely horrible! Unprofessional, rude, and borderline racist.

Do not, I repeat, do NOT deposit cash in their ATM. I deposited $940 in their ATM and it jammed. I know it's a lot to deposit in the ATM but it was after hours and I had no other choice as I needed the money in my account as soon as possible and I didn't have the money sooner. The next morning I rushed to the bank to report the issue and I was treated with complete indifference. They tried to reassure me that I'll get my money back because “this happens every weekâ€...yes, I was actually told this by the man working (very tall man, his name is Jorge I believe). Apparently it's too much trouble to fix the ATM or at least warn customers that it's not working properly. I eventually got my money back a week later after one of my college classes was purged but by then, I had to pay the $940 out of pocket. I was removed from

I was removed from the class without reimbursement from my university since it was past the removal period. I lost $940 because of this branch's incompetence and I have absolutely nothing to show for it. I worked extremely hard so I can pay for college without taking out a loan and to have this happen is devastating.

Shout out to the really polite guy asking people waiting in line asking customers if he can assist them with anything non cash related.
