Lousy Regions Bank for personal banking. The teller was unable to withdraw $2200 from my checking account and told me I needed to go to another branch. Not sure of the reason why, she tried telling me something but her mumbling while wearing a mask made it incomprehensible. If you wear a mask, please talk loud and clearly enough so customers can hear you.

Entering into this Bank I felt my needs were met as a customer in the banking industry I've had plenty of bad experience with other places. But Regions Bank and their employees take first-hand with your finances. Thank you Francis and Michelle for your customer service.

Worst experience ever: I called 3x to issue a complaint about one of their customers in a cheap, silver Mercedes skipping me at the ATM line, and no one answered. As I understand, this Regions bank has a “drive-thru” ATM; in plain terms, you fall in line by remaining INSIDE of your vehicle in the correct lane. However, this rude woman chose to park her car in a no-parking zone and walked to the machine and went all accusatory against me, arguing that she was in line first. That’s equivalent to saying that you want to park your vehicle in a McDonald’s lot and walk to the speaker box and order. Regions Bank needs to include signs and put things in simple terms because people really are illiterate these days.

The people here are very, very nice. My debit card was compromised and I went in to order another one. The woman went out of her way to tell me I could go in TODAY (as in RIGHT NOW) to other locations and get a debit card TODAY. So that's what I did. Kudos for telling me there were better solutions but giving me the option.

The ATM DO NOT WORK PROPERLY!The deposit can take a month till you get your money, you have to suffer from checks that have money. I really don’t understand how a check was wrong endorsed.

I had to pre-pay for a property appraisal. Their competitor didn't do that to us. Be sure to ask about this before you talk mortgages with them. If it goes south you're out that money.

This regions is pretty good. They are nice people. The problem is getting in and out of this place is a pain in the butt. I also wish they were open on weekend but apparently the rich part of town doesn't open on weekends.
