Everyone that I have had a direct contact in conducting business at this branch has been polite and helpful. My only issue with this branch is that they can not make a replacement Visa debit card on site. You have to go to a different branch quite a distance away. I live about 4 minutes walk from the downtown branch. I find that to be inconvenient. One service that Regions Bank offers that other banks don’t is the spend and save. You set an amount of your choosing say $1. Every time you use your debit card that amount is transferred into your savings account. Also, Regions has early deposit for your direct deposits.

When I have to go into the downtown branch, the employees are always friendly and have a smile on their face.

Had a great experience at this branch employees had genuine caring personalities. Also were very knowledgeable about finances.The branch manager Angela Bannister was very helpful.

They won't make change unless you have or open account. Needed to buy 2 rolls of quarters. They said unless I have an account they couldn't do any transactions with me.They should post a sign at the entrance that says 'Members Only'.

With having mobile access, there is little need to actually speak with branch employees. Throughout my visits I have been satisfied with customer service. I reopened this account through Nancy R. who is no longer at this location.Nancy is great! It took some time but I obtained a clear path to obtaining financial goals. On 10/11/2022 approximately 9:55 am I visited the City Plaza branch for making a couple deposits. One deposit was in form of coins. I experienced an insult from a Regions employee during processing of transactions by a different teller. The subject is identified as "Luke B." wherein Caucasian male stated "what did you wrap coins all weekend?" I did not have a bucket full of coins, but enough wrapped coins which could fit in one hand; although my hands are a bit large. These coins are change from purchases with cash. Time to time, coins are wrapped by myself then deposited in savings for use. I believe this statement demonstrate an underlying stereotype and represent what many Caucasians demonstrate toward people of color; especially in the South. Mr. Luke did not know the amount of cash deposited in other account. True and Correct as always!

Had an appointment and got there and the doors were locked. Called the lobby and was told that there was only one employee and I couldn’t be helped. They did not call or email me to cancel or reschedule. They even sent me an appointment reminder. Complete waste of my time. I’ll be finding another bank very soon!

Rude! Was visiting and needed to buy a roll of quarters. Told they couldn't help me because I wasn't an account holder. There were NO other customers at the time, so it wasn't like they were too busy.

Fees for everything, terrible customer service, small regional bank that thinks it's a big bank but cannot offer many basic services that smaller banks have had for years (e.g. Money transfers to outside accounts). Find another bank and save yourself the headaches.
