I have never written a bad review before, but I have had such a horrible experience with regions bank. Their customer service is awful. I spent three months trying to close an account, meanwhile they racked my account with fees. I was bounced back-and-forth between numerous people. And then they sent my account to collections. The last lady I spoke with said she saw no evidence of them ever blocking payments or making notes on my account. I banked with Regions numerous years, and certainly regret it. Ever since I have switched banks I have yet to have one problem. Now I’m left with a collections bill that will likely show on my credit report because of Regions high fees and inconsistent customer service.

None of their staff wears their mask right. One pulled it up as I walked in, another two had their mask worn under their chin the whole time I was there. Their new staffs has no professionalism.
