Ms.Katie is very much knowledgeable about the business and it’s products I was very pleased to switch all of our accounts to Regions, y’all won’t be disappointed she delivers great, positive and supportive feedback to her customers as she say we will work with each other to get to where we are going she’s there to assist us and will help us get there. I was very impressed with her she said we will be personally working with her if we choose to do so!! I never and someone make me feel so great about the decisions we made from opening up our business account to even move over our personal accounts thanks so much Ms. Katie you’re the best

Great service. Someone stole a check in the mail and I was expecting to pay a fee to cancel it, but the customer service representative waived the fee after hearing my circumstances. Thanks!

The inside wasn't open but the drive thru was. I told them I needed to get a new debit card. So I sat in there drive thru and waited about 20 minutes and voila! A new debit card with my babe printed on it and everything, even though it must be a pain for the employees they were store nice and helpful,

Got a new debit card printed here in about 10 mins total, no appointment. Now granted that was around noon on a Wednesday. Lady that helped me was very friendly. Go here if you need a new regions card, you don't have to wait for new one to get shipped. Only regions bank in the area that prints cards apparently.

Banker very rude not professional I wast long time just to know how I missed from my account transaction $549.98 I missed the transaction I lost the money because the banker rude didn’t want to work really I’m disappointed I will close my account in region bank and never do business again

This particular location’s service is terrible. Their line process is extremely slow and they have Mediocre customer service, at best. One particular experience made me cringe at the type of people they have there. Regions had a promotional bonus to open an account with them with certain terms met. I was unable to fulfill the obligations within the time frame due to my regions debit card arriving late. One of the workers there sized me and Told me He’s “been around the block a few times” and determined That I was “only looking get the bonus and then close the account”. Our conversation had some racial undertones or maybe he was just vastly under trained on basic customer service etiquette , like I said...cringy. I left there after about another 20 minutes waiting on the manager, who walked past without a smile and greeting as she was attempting to someone else. needless to say I kept all my banking needs with chase across the street.

They told me incorrect information after I had verified the correct information with the Customer Service help line, as well as another branch. The teller argued with me, and I was right.

This bank ONLY EVER has 1 teller for inside & 1 teller for drive thru...worst bank in history!!!
