Absolutely the worst drive thru banking I've ever experienced! Every single time I go, which is often, there is at least a 20-30 min wait. I'm not sure if it's being short staffed or incompetent employees but I tend to think it's the latter. I drove thru one day to get change for my store and was told they didn't have any. When I asked the teller how in the world they didn't have any change on hand, this was a bank isn't that an integral part of their existence? She explained that the other tellers in the bank had change but she wasn't going to bother them right then to get it! Seriously? Needless to say we are changing banks!

Everyone was really nice and helpful but so short staffed. I keep having app problems and we hope we have it solved. I've honestly been to so many banks lately that have to have the inside closed because they don't have enough bankers,

I have never been more disrespected at a bank in my life. She never gave me her name but the blonde haired lady with an office to herself caused me to consider cancelling all my accounts. Absolutely disgusting. I've already lost nearly $1000 because of this bank. I'll give it another month before I leave for good.
