This location is horrible. The only help you’ll receive is from James and Crystal. Cody doesn’t know what he’s doing and claims to be an account manager. RNR is a great company to deal with normally. Baton Rouge was my favorite but this new staff if ridiculous. Again, if you go there deal with Crystal and Crystal only. James and her seem to be the only ones that know how to talk to people. Crystal can sell water to a whale.

We were on our way to dolly wood just passing through and the service was amazing they were so understanding. They blessed us and we are so grateful the best tire shop ever.
