Roman was so professional, quick, and so easy to communicate with. I had been quoted by a dozen different companies and no one even came close to the price. The installation went so smooth and I couldn’t be happier with my new kitchen!!!!

Zero if it were an optionI assisted my son in working with Roman Stone to get his new kitchen installed. My son works many hours and needed help from time to time with communications with them to help move the job of getting his kitchen finished. My son can't make calls or answer calls when in meetings at his job. He signed a contract right at the beginning of August. We are now into Thanksgiving week and still have no complete kitchen. They told so many lies that they forgot their own lies and contradicted themselves over and over. He sent a guy out to do the work who absolutely had no experience in cabinet installation. cabinets. It took him 8 hours to put two small cabinets together. When asked about his work experience, he said he had only done this type of work twice and that he was a mechanic by trade. He didn't know enough to read the boxes before putting them together, and it happened that some of the cabinets were the wrong size. Then it happened that the top cabinets came to us the wrong size, and they had been put together by this same employee of roman stones. What happened after this fiasco was something I had never seen in my life. We were yelled at, I got cursed out by Mr Ayman Zaben the owner because we voiced our opposition to him blaming us for his employee opening and putting together the wrong cabinets we were told we allowed him to put the cabints together so it was our fault. We were also told that we allowed this employee to continue working at the house after he had fired him. When I kindly explained to Mr. ZABEN that this is his employee, not ours, and we didn't keep him as a slave and made him do work, and the cabinets were the wrong sizes, well we didn't know that. All we had was the kitchen plan design. It was supposed to be brought to life by roman stone. We don't read cabinet boxes and model and item numbers. All we knew is we picked out a cabinets style asked for the to the ceiling tall tops and picked out a stone. He became angry that a lazy Susan cabinet was brought in by mistake and put together as well. Everything he got wrong cost him because he couldn't take it back but he didn't want to take any responsibility for any of it. He blamed his employee, he blamed us, he blamed the cabinet supplier and wanted to take his loses out of us. When he installed the stone it was late at night the stone was cut so bad its an atrocity. We couldn't see it until the next day when we cleaned off the debris. It's bad! One of the bottom cabinets came without door hinges and yes its still without a door. When all of the blame games didn't work he cursed me and my daughter n law. It's sad for a man, a business owner to do that. I never cursed at him I have self respect, he does not. Where are we with it now? Found out he has no contractors or home improvements license nor does he have insurance, he he has a F with better business bureau but is not accredited but we found tons of almost mirrored complaints, WE HAVE HAD TO FILE CRIMINAL CHARGES, WE ARE PREPARING FOR A LAWSUIT WITH OUR ATTORNEY IN HOPES OF BEING REIMBURSED FOR ALL FUNDS, ATTORNEY COST AND, LOST OF TIME AT WORK MISSING PARTS MISSING CABINETS, DAMAGED CABINETS AND STONE AND THE COST OF HAVING THE KITCHEN FINISHED CORRECTLY. HE TRIED TO STRONG ARM AND THREATEN US THAT HE WILL ONLY DROP THE REMAINING CABINETS OFF IF WE PAY HIM ALL REMAINING FUNDS IN FULL. WE HAVE NO WAY OF TRUSTING THIS MAN WITH ANOTHER PENNY. WE AGREED UPON 8400 WE HAVE PAID ALL BUT 900 DOLLARS AND NO TOPS, DAMAGED STONE AND IMCOMPLETE AND DAMAGED BOTTOM CANINETS, DAMAGEDSINK BASE WHEN HE BUSTED A PIPE AND ALSO THE CUT UNDER THE SINK LOOKS LIKE MY KID DID IT. THAT CABINET IS DESTROYED.We couldn't pay him the remaining money until he completed the job and corrected the mistakes and damages. We have already given money beyond the agreed upon deposit. it was agreed that the balance was due upon completion. So we are without the money and spending the holidays with lawsuits and the sherriffs offices. Pictures bel

Roman stone did an amazing job! Not only were they able to get the quartz we wanted ordered in a timely manner, but they were also able to install the date we requested! They were flexible when we needed to make a date change on them’. They did an amazing job installing and the quartz countertops look amazing in the house!!!! I couldn’t be happier! They even made a few extra pieces for us for a few of our showers , which turned out beautifully and they whipped those out quickly as well! Thanks Roman stone for helping my house become a home with these gorgeous countertops; they really are a statement piece and a focal point of the kitchen!

sue. It's a shame it even had to come to this, but we hired them in July and was told it would only take 2 to 3 weeks. It is now November, with nothing completed. They order the wrong cabinets after the owner son came out and did the measurements before we even signed the contract and trying to blame us for his people mistakes. Now they have taking almost all the money and refusing to deliver and install the proper cabinets. They sent out one of their workers to install that wasn't even qualified to install cabinets. He stated this was only his second time installing cabinets. When the owner came out after we complained he damaged my sink and messed up the bottom cabinets even more. I am currently seeking legal action, so I can't say much, but please don't use this company. They lie, steal, and don't complete anything with my granite being messed up at that. The granite has 2 different color caulks, and seams are terrible. Please see the pictures. Please not he is not licensed to do any installation of granite or cabinets. Please contact the attorney general before you end up like me taking them to court.

DO NOT USE ROMAN STONE!!!! Terrible service, unprofessional, and inexperienced. Let’s start with that he hires unlicensed people to do the installation however they work for Roman Stone. Roman has cursed us out and made threats to us because we furnished the laws to him about the requirements to completing our job. The bottom cabinets are still incomplete and he refuses to complete them and install the top cabinets. He has told us in text message not to contact him again and good luck with finishing our kitchen. We waited 2 months on getting the bottom cabinets because Roman claimed that the cabinet company sent the wrong cabinets multiple times (we contacted the cabinet company and they verified that was a lie). Roman demanded that we pay another $1000 to just drop off the top cabinets even though we only owe $750. Sounds like somebody’s on that Common Core math!!! We had paid $7,600 at this point and just like any other job you are supposed to complete it for final payment. Well Roman kept getting the wrong size cabinets and having someone to put them together which meant that NONE of them could be returned/exchanged costing him money. He also had a cabinet installer who informed us that he was doing paint & body work before this so he really didn’t know what he was doing. Then Roman claimed that the installer took off with $600 of our cabinet money for the top cabinets. Roman ordered our top cabinets finally and they was the wrong size and several of them wasn’t the right size for our walls also. They told us to give them another week to get the right ones and they got the wrong size again. We have documentation proving we requested 42 inch cabinets from the beginning of the process and Roman was trying to pass off 30 inch. Let’s also put in here how he sends his 17 yo son who is still in high school to take measurements of which we didn’t find out until the cabinet installer told us before he quit from nonpayment of labor for prior jobs. Roman sent my husband a message telling him to not contact him again and good luck with finishing our kitchen. Currently we have notified the Attorney General, opened a case with the local authorities, issued a complaint with the BBB, and have an attorney to handle resolution of the matter. Roman keeps texting my husband and MIL from random numbers being nasty, which the detective believes is from a texting app. Every message is uploaded and printed for court. Roman was also given the option to drop off the cabinets by noon yesterday and he refused because my husband told him that if they are the wrong size we will take it up in Civil Court. Roman didn’t bring them. We are also finding out he only has a retailer’s license so installation should have never been part of our contract unless he was using licensed installers….which he did not. For reference we have been dealing with Roman Stone for almost 4 months now and our kitchen is still not complete.

If 0 stars were an option. Company will not answer phone or communicate with us even though we have paid in full. Did get several "my truck broke" excuses. Slab arrived scratched thrown on top of each other laid FLAT in a busted up truck. Installer admitted hes not trained or certified to install granite, but wanted to install. Didnt bring sink. Owner refuses to deliver our sink, finish install,or refund our money. He says we threaten him when we ask about others horror stories. DO NOT USE!!! RUN AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Baton Rouge, ...Roman Stones did a a wonderful job installing my Granite counter tops. All new kitchen countertops and a new island. The color selection of the granite matches perfectly to the color scheme of my joke. I am very pleased to say the least.
