It was the simplest, and best process of buying a car I ever had. Mr. Louis Freeman was a great salesperson. The finance guys were excellent Chris, and I can't remember the other guys name. But everyone was great.

Recent college Graduate in a hard situation but Nissan made it happen for me. I left with a 2024 Nissan Altima.My whole process was very smooth and quick. Assured all my needs and worked with me on every step of the processMr. Alan Landry was awesome and very compassionate. He was very helpful throughout my entire process. He explained every thing to me in detail without a question.Mr. Chris was also very helpful and great. I was confused on how my warranty worked and he took his time to make sure I understood everything and how my journey will be moving forward.5 stars across the board!

Dustin was great and helped me tremendously! I went back this morning to have my key programed. Not only was it fast but Sherrie was great and made sure everything was done. She walked me to the car which was awesome. ROYAL NISSAN IS 5 STAR SO IS DUSTIN AND SHERRY!

I had a great experience buying my truck from Royal Nissan, thanks to Britney Wimer. She met me in the lot when I first pulled up to view a truck I had found online. From then on she was with me and able to answer any of my questions throughout the whole buying process. The closing process was quick and easy and I never once felt pressured to buy something that I did not want. The price negotiation with the manager was also very straight forward.This is a 5 star facility and will highly recommended Royal Nissan. Thank you Britney and staff!

Ms. Raven was extremely helpful in every way. She kept in contact with me giving me updates/information very promptly. It was refreshing to not have to call a place to get some information. She was extremely polite and definitely deserves 5+ stars. Thank you for all your help Ms. Raven.

Skyler was very kind and patient from start to finish. He helped me get a car that was exactly what I needed. He showed me all the features of the car, made sure the car was clean by the time I was done signing papers. Chris was also very kind while he handled the finance part of this process. I’d recommend anyone looking for a car to Skyler. Very polite, attentive, and knowledgeable

I am so incredibly happy and thankful for everyone I encountered at Royal Nissan.Alan Landry made me feel like he was apart of my family. He listened. He cared. He didn’t push me into anything I didn’t want. Most importantly, he understood. I have a disability and required certain things for a vehicle and he didn’t make me feel like I was any different. I highly recommend anyone, especially anyone with a disability, to ask for Alan Landry as your salesperson.Chase was a great person to talk to! He was helpful and kind. If you’re working with Chase, he’ll make you smile and laugh! Great guy.Jeff Braxton was more than helpful! He explained everything to me in detail and didn’t make me feel like a bother when I asked a million questions. I felt comfortable talking to him and he has a phenomenal personality.The older gentleman who washed and got my car ready for me was extremely hardworking! He made my car look beautiful and clean! He has a very warm personality.Everyone made me feel like I was at home. I didn’t feel like just another customer. I love my car. I love the open and positive atmosphere of Royal Nissan.

After contacting them about a vehicle, I am interested in speaking about getting from them, and after I told them my interest in a vehicle, they raised the price! When I asked Jeff the salesperson why he said it was my fault for not purchasing it the day I saw it for the price that day and now the higher price was the price. Rude. Unhelpful. How can you run a business when you are price gouging.That's how I see this. Raising the price because of someone wanting to purchase your item.

Was attempting to find a part for my car so I called in, no answer but would immediately get a text from someone on their team. In the text chat, I provide my VIN and am given a price and a part number. I try calling back to go ahead and order the part, Im told by someone else that the part number given that was based off my vin is not the part for my car. Was told that first price i received which was for the part supposedly not for my car was not the price of the part. Then they suggested a different part, which was way higher in price. Called another nissan dealer who gave me the original part number I received and a price that Royal didn't provide to me ever. Moral of the story: they're clueless and have horrible customer support. Take your business elsewhere. People can't even answer a phone much less a text.
