I have a 2000 Monaco Knight. My backup camera stopped working. I contacted Tim and his crew. They provided me with a ton of information. Their customer service was outstanding. I would highly recommend them for any RV camera needs.

Great product, excellent customer service, good price, and prompt shipping. I couldn't ask for more. I purchased the plug and play monitor to replace my old one in our 2007 Winnebago Adventurer and it was truly plug and play. Had it mounted and installed in less than 30 minutes. Works fabulously well. I could have spent a little less at the online store but I would still be running cables for the cameras or otherwise stripping wires and rewiring things. When they say plug and play they mean plug and play. Great product!

Recently purchased the voyager CSW32 adapter. Product is great! Worked as it should. Special shoutout to Tim, who went above and beyond to help me with an issue I had ( not with the product) replied to my emails ouside of business hours on the weekend and steered me in the right direction for my issue. Will definitely use this company for any of my rv needs! Thanks Tim.

We were looking for a solution for an additional monitor, in addition to our motorhome’s infotainment display to display our backup camera at all times (so we can keep an eye on our towed vehicle). Tim was absolutely amazing and helped us verify the right splitters and adapters we’d need to accomplish this. Incredibly fast response time and clearly very knowledgeable. Shipping was VERY fast.This is definitely the place to look first for any RV camera parts and accessories, without a doubt.

I neededd to replace a 24 year old camera. Their web site made sense, but I wanted to talk to someone for reassurance. I've talked to Tim and Brent, both were knowledgeable and easy to work with. After placing my order, I remembered I'd be out of town on the delivery date. I called and asked them to hold the shipment for a couple days: "No problem, just tell me the day you want it to arrive". Again, easy to work with (and the new camera works fine).

We have a 2020 Coachmen Sportscoach. The down spout on the passenger side drains right on the side camera. Needless to say it got moisture damage. Could not find a replacement on my own. The camera had been discontinued. Got ahold of Tim at RV Cams. He did all the research and found a replacement. Perfect fit. Awesome customer service!

Bought a replacement camera setup for an RV I inherited. Didn't work out-of-the-box, so I called up their number and was able to work with them to figure out that my extension wiring was shot. So I ordered new cabling and everything worked great after running it down the chassis. Very happy with the price and service they provided. Thanks!

In 2009 I bought a backup camera for my motorhome from RV cams. It recently died so I dug out the paperwork from the original purchase with little expectation that the company would still be around. Not only were they still in business, but they still offered the same camera. When I talked to their very personable rep, Brent, on the phone, he suggested several diagnostic techniques. When I became convinced that the camera was in fact gone, he offered to sell me a replacement for the same price I paid 13 years earlier! Not only helpful and congenial but very fair in pricing. What more could you ask? A couple of days later I got an email from Tim Lazaroe, who I presume is the company owner, thanking me for my comments to Brent. You don't find businesses like this anymore. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Could not be more impressed. Ordered my camera with Tim 2 days before Ida, gave RV Cans a few days hurricane break. Presto ,new camera arrived on original schedule. Installed "plug and play". Fantastic. Reminds me of my customer service.great.
