I bought a ion curling iron from this location on 01/01/2025 and used it the iron cut off while using multiple times and the handle was bending I go back today 01/03/2025 and a RUDE EMPLOYEE NAMED ROBIN tried to tell me since I got the $5 warranty that I would have to call asurion to get my money back. First of all an extended warranty does not take affect until the manufacturer warranty expires which is exactly what they said I go back to the store and she proceeds to call some line steady saying I have to go through asurion sally is a trash establishment and I will NEVER shop here again

I loved my visit here. I needed something for my hair and the associate (her name was Lilian) gave me such a good recommendation that I will most definitely be back. It has been a long time since I had such a wonderful recommendation for my products. I will be back.

Zero Stars if I could! I spent $500 here just yesterday just to find out I was sold faulty equipment. I mean, doesn’t work, straight out of the box. Then I was given the run around for 2 hours of phone time just to have them tell me I have to use my manufacturer’s warrant to replace it! DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY WILL JUST LEAVE YOU HOLDING THE BILL!!! But they needed my info for their “records”. Smh! Poorest customer service ever!!!
