Terrible experience with gas station attendant and phone operator when I visited my Sam's local club on Sunday. Gas station has new vehicle entrance and egress rules (unposted) that I was not following due to unfamiliarity. Attendant was rude, aggressively raised his voice, and was combative which is unlike what I am accustomed to at Sam's or any place of business. I moved to another pump and then coincidently this same attendant went into their building and all of a sudden my pump turned completely off after working well enough to accept my membership card. This attendant exited the building looking at me, I assume he turned my pump of somehow to show me who's boss. I was mad, but rather than escalate, I left. As I drove off, my wife and I watched him return to his shack where we assume he turned the pump back on.I immediately called the store and was told by the operator (soon to promote herself to manager) that I could speak to the manager since it was an employee matter. I waited on hold for 8 minutes to find myself disconnected. I called back to have the operator now proclaim she was the manager, Mrs. Antwoine. The reason I don't believe she was the manager was it was the same distinctive voice of the operator, and the once busy manager now had time to field general incoming phone calls (maybe that's why her fuel attendants are free to harass her customers).The rudeness, lack of professionalism, and aggressive posture form the fuel attendant was really bad. The ruse of the operator feigning to be the manager and dismiss the complaint was the final act on the WORST Sam's day of my life.I'm not sure what I'm looking for as satisfaction. An apology from the fuel attendant for turning off my pump. The admission that the operator misrepresented herself as the manager would be a start. However, If I'm wrong in my assumptions of the intentionally turned off pump and/or the misrepresentation of the operator as the manager, I will remove this post and add one accurately sharing the truth.Please Sam's management and HR do better with your employees!

Back in the day Sam's Club was the go to place for Small Business, not any more. It should be called Sam's Hope ClubU hope they r not out of something again.Back n the day if Sam's was out of anything u was assured that with in that week u had it ,not no more . But what gets me it's like the mgmt team really doesn't care.Small Business like myself has to go to Restaurant Depot ,Costco, and to the local paper goods company to get stuff Sam's would normally haveBut they blame CovidBy my question, simple question, how ce others have it but sam's don't

I'm a truck driver. I arrived at 10AM for a delivery. I was then told my appointment was at 9:00pm, so I waited all day. When the night crew came in, they told me I had to wait on relay truck to come in. The relay truck came in at midnight, dropped a trailer and left. I went to go in the shipping office to see what was going on,but they were gone home! VERY unprofessional!!

I'm so frustrated with Sam's right now. I got a notification at about 7:00 this morning that my online order was ready, so I went to get it. When i got there I replied to the message with A, indicating that I had arrived. I got a reply message saying that the store was closed and I would have to come back during store hours, which is 10:00. I saw two associates outside the store so I inquired about when they started pickups. They said pickups started at 7:00. After that, another associate came out and spoke to them. The first lady came to my car and said that the policy had changed and they didn't start pickups until 10:00; however, the associate that talked to them was going to go get my order together and bring it out to me. I waited 45 minutes for her to come out, but she never came. I waited for another associate to come out so I could inquire about it, but after 45 minutes, I left. Now I'll have to go back into town to get my order. It's very frustrating to be notified that something is ready, and then for the left hand not to know what the right hand is doing, then to be told something that obviously wasn't going to happen. At the very least I could have been told that I was out of luck until the store opened. I still would have been frustrated, but not to this extent. I will think twice before placing an online order again.

Sam's club is a huge walmart where you purchase in bulk instead of one single item.They have excellent prices and brands equal to walmart.

I tried Curbside Pickup today for the first time. I did not know what to expect. I checked in with the app and it stated I had to wait 5-10 mins. I did not even wait 3 minutes until an awesome worker named Roberto came out to assist me. He gave me excellent customer service. He was personable, pleasant, and professional. He even made me laugh and kept a smile on my face. He was very efficient with packing my groceries (he packed them in less than 2 minutes) and making sure everything fit to where I could see out my rear window. He made me feel welcome and I would be more than happy to do engage in this type of service again.

The Tire and Battery Center is extremely poorly managed. The employees are very unprofessional. They treat customers with disrespect. They think that they are doing you a favor by just talking to you. My experience with them has been terrible. The manager and technicians often chat and joke with each other for long periods of time while ignoring customers are waiting for service. These managers need to be fired and a new team is hired. I will be glad to explain the details of my complaints with a higher level manager such as area manager. I with I could give them zero stars. They do not deserve the one star.

Lots of selections but not a great Sam's. I've been in better in this state. Costco in Batom Rouge has a much better organized store with friendlier employees and also a great selection of merchandise.

Racial discrimination if you are white, hypocritical bc employees and other members wearing masks on their necks all the while attempting to bully white folks for not wearing a useless mask. If those masks were crucial, they wouldn't be wearing them on their necks!

It is ridiculously hot in this store. Ridiculous. Nobody helping self scan and a lot of customers don’t understand the process and hold up the lines. Line to get out extended to the other end of the store. Need to get it together.
