30 minutes after 10:00 am(posted opening time) no sign of anyone. Very poor customer service when no one is there to do there job.

This is located inside sears, turn left as soon as you come in from the parking lot and it's in the corner. I showed up right at closing and the person working was happy to help me. $10 to notorize a signature.
