Went in last month to purchase and do a return and the guy didn't apply my birthday rewards to my account. He lied and said I was good but never added it to my account. Then they follow black people around like we are going to steal smh can't even enjoy shopping so I have to only do pickup orders.

Customer service was not that great. Stopped here traveling to Houston, associates seemed like they didn’t really want to help me find what I was looking for. I asked for helped finding a cream blush or liquid blush, associate showed me one Laura Mercier blush and walked off.

I've had it!!! I've literally had it with the racial profiling!!! So...I'm guilty! Guilty of shopping while black! How many times do I have to go through this??? Today I am choosing to review several different businesses based on my experience with racial profiling.
My daughter and I visited this location today whereas, I normally shop online, we opted to go in -store today to have a real shopping experience vs. Virtual. IM DONE!! I WILL NOT ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN TO US AGAIN. I honestly hope the store closes and you all end up in an unemployment line for how you treat good people. I pray that you have your day to experience how you made us feel. And as always GOD BLESS YOU. ENOUGH!!!
I gave 2 stars for the 2 associates that seemed to have their heads screwed on tight.

To start I am a baby beginner with make-up, and I really wanted to learn more. I had no idea what to buy or how to start shopping for the right products.
Luckily, my supportive husband treated me to a personal beauty lesson with a Sephora employee. This lesson is 75 minutes and cost $75. The Sephora makeup artist will personalize their care to fit your specific needs and wants.
I was very timid and unsure if I could handle all that new information in one day; but surprisingly I had a wonderful time learning! I learned about the different types of make-up available, what types of make-up I should wear based on my personal preferences, what make-up matches my skin tone and so much more. The best part, of course, was the makeover lesson!
The Sephora makeup artist, Alyssa, spent every moment kindly and patiently explaining how to apply make-up, what purpose each brush had, and directions on the best way to take care of my new supplies. As well as a personalized handwritten diagram, to take home, that will remind me of the process of applying eyeshadow.
In the end I came out of Sephora with so much confidence and the knowledge of how to begin my journey with makeup. I highly recommend the beauty lessons if you are interested in beginning your journey with makeup and like me need to be personally taught by a person not by an internet video.

I love Sephoras....this store is small and it gets really crowded very fast...making it a bit difficult to move around.

Terrible customer service.. I came in ready to refill my must haves but the customer service was awful so I left after two minutes. I was looking for a certain shade that wasn't there and I asked one of the workers if she could thinks my shade would match in the different formula but she wasn't interested in helping me shade match. Early in the morning so it wasn't busy in the store. No one else was interested in helping.
