Their selection is small since it is a smaller store, but the sale associates are so nice. Yana/Lana has helped me multiple times when I come in and she has a lot of knowledge. I really appreciate her for finding my shade when looking for skin tint/foundation.

Terrible customer service.. I came in ready to refill my must haves but the customer service was awful so I left after two minutes. I was looking for a certain shade that wasn't there and I asked one of the workers if she could thinks my shade would match in the different formula but she wasn't interested in helping me shade match. Early in the morning so it wasn't busy in the store. No one else was interested in helping.

Sephora is consistent for the product lines and selection, but they are frequently out of the popular shades in some lines. They seem to be commission based as you are approached by every staff member as you walk by, and when you check out, you are asked who assisted you. While I appreciate the eager assistance, it seems like most of the time when it is really needed, many staff members are having personal conversations or connecting with friends who have come in to shop. The rewards program is nice, and there is a birthday bonus if you go in during your birthday month (though sometimes you have to remind the staff). While they are at the mercy of the building they lease, on more than one occasion, the air conditioner has been broken and they have fans placed in many different places. A good place to get items that are competitively priced, just a little overwhelming with the crowds and staff sometimes. I get uncomfortable turning down assistance every 2-3 minutes.

Called with a simple question and she's telling me they're closing in 30min. I came to look at the reviews of this store and it's exactly what I expected lmao so I won't even go there, I'll go to ulta instead. No need to be sarcastic on the phone lmao and based off the reviews, I won't even waste my time going there :)

I shop here pretty frequently. But as today, I went inside looking for a tint lip oil since I ran out. No help were offered so I figured I’ll just grab it real quick cause I know exactly what I need. One of the employee came up and told me not to mess with the drawer, as I told her I needed help with an item she walked away and didn’t offer any help. I’ll just order from online from now on.

I love Sephora because of the hands-on/off experience I consistently have when shopping. On this particular day, I needed to get in and out and needed their undivided attention to do so. The associate happily attended to my need, and I was in and out with exactly what I wanted. There are other times when I take my time and browse. They check on me, but don't hover or provide too much customer service. They cater to the needs of the customer. This is standard customer service best practices, but today's workplace cultural standards have decreased. It's important to highlight when best practices are still active. Thanks, Sephora!

Some of the worst customer service. My boyfriend went to look for my face cleanser, and he knows nothing about that kind of stuff so he asked and employee, they did little to nothing to help him at all and she told him they were out . And I called to let them know what happened just to find out they were fully stocked. I would get fired at my job if I treated a customer like that. I am not usually the one to leave a review, but I’ve just never had a good experience of this location. I’ve been there several times.
