A few of the wash options did not work. I could not get the wax, spot free rinse or one of the other last options to work. It was also a pain that there was a $5 minimum for credit cards. So if you needed more time, you have to spend $5 regardless of how little more time you need.

Everything worked well except the card reader... whwn my time was getting low i pushed the green button to add time and nothing happened even after multiple pushes of the green button... I had to swipe my card again since my car still had soap and stuff on it... so I'm guessing I'm getting charge the initial start cost for cards twice instead of the initial starting cost and then the cost they charge to add more time your cash I hope someone sees this and makes this right somehow

Very affordable and easy to use. Everything was in great condition and I left feeling like my car was brand new. 10/10, will be back to use the dog spa.

Unreliable, doesn't work well. I tried the first stall, soap worked fine, but would not rinse (rinse water was still soapy water). Then I tried the 3rd stall. The rinse worked, but there was a hole in the hose. The vacuums only take quarters. The vacuuming area was surrounded by trash. Also, the water smelled. I only spent like $6, but it still wasn't worth it.

The condition of this establishment is deplorable. Nothing works as it should & the property hasn't been maintained in some time. When switching products in the wash bays, it takes two minutes or more for the product in the hose to mostly changeover. It never fully does. The HP & spot-free rinses both produce suds, so good luck actually rinsing your vehicle.
