Well, really bad customer service from the employees, a girl with a ring in her nose is really agresive, go to an other gas station, kangaroo around the corner is much better in everything

I forgot that I told myself I wasn’t going there in the morning when I know this older black lady with different color eyes is in there. When I tell you she always have THE WORST attitude. If she hates her job that much then she needs to quit. I cannot stand going in there when she’s on the register. They need to fire her

I haven't stopped here in about 4 years until recently even though it's about a mile from my home and on my way to my office. My past experiences were less than stellar, but I was desperate for gas one evening and stopped. They fixed the lighting issue that I had in the past (that stopped me from going before) and one of the attendants directed a man asking for money away from me and stood out there until I finished. Most recently, I dropped by in the morning to grab a drink and service was quick, friendly, and a nice experience. I very much appreciate the signs and enforcement of the mask mandate. While I understand it can irk some customers, it is a mandate, they are a business, and when you are inside a room the size of my bathroom, I'd rather take all extra precautions than not.

If I could give lower than star I would. She reminded me to wear a mask. I pulled my dress up over my mouth. That's the same as many masks. But no, she wanted a real mask. I told her if her gas pump had taken my card I wouldn't be in here. I gave up and went and got a mask. Then on top of that, she was not friendly or anything.

Enforce masks. Refill hand sanitizer that has obviously not been filled in forever. Ditto glove dispenser. Pumps are filthy. Customers not wearing masks inside small store. Attendant shrugged when I asked for enforcement. Avoid during pandemic, they just don't care.

We just stopped by this Shell while traveling. The attendant was extremely friendly and the rest room was the cleanest I have seen all day. Very impressed with this stop, so much that I made a point to write my first ever review. Big thumbs up and high fives. So pleased

This place is constantly broken. They have gas but pumps don't work. I go here 2/3x a week and half the time nothing is working. Employees are nice so that's a plus.

A lot of times the gas pumps are out of gas. The inside of the store is usually dirty. I love getting polar pops, but for some reason the coke is usually flat. Not one of the best stores.

This gas station is close to the house so I tend to stop here quite a bit for gas. For the past couple of months, I've encountered problem after problem. First you have to figure out which gas pumps don't have bags on them. Then you have to figure out which one has a working keypad. The last time I stopped here it wouldn't take my card at the pump. I avoided the place for a little while and then stopped again today. Once again, the keypad at the pump isn't working (and one of the other pumps had a bag on the handle). So you have to guess how much gas you're going to need and prepay AFTER you circle the lot looking for a working gas pump. The business is just not being kept up. Also, how hard would it be to tape a sign to the pump saying the keypad isn't working and you need to go inside to pay? I won't be back. This place has lost my business for good.

Tiny, clerks are usually high and on the phone. Their job would be better done by a vending machine.
