We purchased our Sleep Number a year ago from the Baton Rouge Bluebonnet location, and our salesman, Sherron Henderson, was the absolute best! I had been a Tempur-Pedic customer for 20 years (2 mattresses purchased), but began to have issues with back pain from an injury, and was unable to sleep without discomfort, so we thought we would give Sleep Number a try. I was highly skeptical about switching brands, but was willing to do so if my pain was alleviated.
Sherron knew that, based on my years with of sleeping on memory foam, the M7 would be the perfect option for me. He patiently let me try every mattress in the store (and patiently listened to me doubting I would love anything as much as my Tempur-Pedic), only to discover that he was absolutely right! We opted for the adjustable, split base to go along with the M7.
From the very first night on the Sleep Number, I was able to sleep through the night without constantly shifting to try and ease my back discomfort, and I awoke with zero back pain for the first time in nearly 3 years. That has continued over the last year, and I went from thinking that job stress was causing me to constantly feel exhausted, to realizing that I just hadn't slept a full night in years until Sleep Number entered my life.
I'm so thankful for Sherron's expertise, the wonderful customer service from the store and the installers, and for my Sleep Number mattress! I would give it way more than 5 stars! Life changing!! Best investment I've ever made!

Choosing sleep number was hands down one of the best decisions I made. This bed is leaps and bounds ahead of every bed I’ve owned and others I’ve tried. The in store experience was pressure free and delightful thanks to our salesman and advisor Sherron. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and very patient as we took much of his time trying many different models. He was always courteous and offered many different solutions for us.

Been back and forth now with Sleep Number trying to fix the problem of them selling a not full sized queen mattress to me, but they didn't want to offer me a full refund (which I'm in my 100 day window) but the furniture I got for it is not so..... I'm stuck. At least it's comfortable.
Just know if you buy a Queen mattress from them, there's a good chance it's not a full size mattress. Both my current one, and the one they tried to replace it with were both 58inches wide.
Frustrating, but definitely a first world problem.
Just no interest in doing future business with a company that won't help fix a problem that's happening from their end.....

Buyer Beware! My bed is less than 2 years old and needs a new air chamber because it no longer holds air. It has a 1 to 15 year warranty, so do not be deceived that you have a 15-year warranty. The way this 1 to 15 year warranty works is it only warranties the bed 100% for 1 year, years 2 to 15 are warrantied at a prorated price. So now at just about 7 months beyond my first year, my cost for the $400+ part is $100+. Then, to add insult to injury, they are charging me shipping for the replacement part. I recently purchased a pillow from them and got free delivery, and they can't ship the replacement for a defective part for free?!?! That is crazy to me! This incident spooked me so bad that I inquired about purchasing an extended warranty, and they do not offer one. Very disappointing and will warn everyone to NEVER purchase a Sleep Number bed.
