Maybe they should wear hairnets and caps. Its hard to understand how I watched the gentlemen (who made my food) 85% of the time and still ended up with hair in it. Not just a lash but a looong strand of hair over the bananas and peanut butter drizzled on top with the rest of the fruit. So glad it didn't end up in my mouth. I'm scared to even go back now.

I visit this location for the pass year every morning. The last few months my smoothies have been very watery, no taste and rushed. I informed two co- workers and still nothing was done. I will not continue wasting my money on water down smoothies.

I used to be satisfied with the service, but now the staff on Friday noon is terribly below any standard. Not only the lady taking orders is absolutely insufferable but they’ll gladly cut your smoothie with water to expedite the command. Last time I’ll come to this location until they’ll do something with these employees.

10050 Burbank is the BEST location in Baton Rouge! ALWAYS great smoothies and the young ladies are always nice and courteous! I live on the other side of town and will pass 2 or 3 other Smoothie Kings to come to this location. The other 3 locations I have visited Harding, Government, and Arlington Creek locations all equally unfriendly service, quality of smoothie not good, and wrong order! To the management at 10050 Bluebonnet thanks for employing an awesome team and training them the correct way to make a smoothie!

I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate Sunny and Jai. They make the most delicious smoothies and we're so nice in correcting my smoothie done by another Smoothie King that made a smoothie for me and left out most of the ingredients.I will always buy my smoothies from the Burbank location.Again, thank you for being so kind.Pamela Savini

Now, I've been to a lot of Smoothie Kings, worked at a few and managed a couple. This location is honestly probably the bottom of the barrel when it comes to a lot. For some reason, it always takes forever to pay and even longer to actually get the smoothie. The quality of the smoothie that i get is different literally every time, it's almost like nobody is properly trained on what they're doing. There are a few people in the building that actually seem like they know or care about what they're doing. It either needs new supervisors, new management OR entirely new employees. The lack of consistency and understanding needs some serious improvement.

Stopped in to try their new Smoothie Bow. The staff was courteous and efficient. It took some time to make it which was expected and was good but not worth the price. I'll be sticking with Smoothies.

I normally just deal with it but its always something w this smoothie king. either the smoothies arent blended well w big pieces of ice, they are very slow, or just sloppy. went there today and they gave me the cup today the lid was half way on and spilling over the side...

Not sure how you can mess up a strawberry banana smoothie, but that was single handedly one of the worst smoothies i’ve ever had. It tasted like ice and protein. Also asked to sub the coconut water for almond milk (been doing it at smoothie king for 4 years and it has never been a problem) and they said they couldn’t do it. will not be returning to this location.

I’m really not one to complain , but this the third time I’ve showed up 30-45 mins before close and the automated service says this location is closed. I live right here and pop in after workouts. If I owned this location I would be furious. 8:30 pm on a Tuesday.

I don’t like having to chew my smoothie. Not blended enough, couldn’t even drink through the straw due to large chunks of almonds.

I’ll never go back and I’ll make sure my family and friends do go either!!!Pulled up to intercom at 6:40 on Wednesday July 28th and no one answered and they appeared closed. Pulled up to window and waited for a bit until finally a young man opens window and just stares at me. The girl in them background is giving me dirty looks. I ask “you alright” and “were you in the restroom?” He said “yeah”Ok but where was the girl the whole time? She snatched card out of my hand. Just rude rude.
