I rate the service as terrible!!!I asked to have my brand new hot tub repaired that was leaking since I bought it. Service tech was not able to find leak until 3 visit. Still 6 months later has not been repaired!!!

Ok, I really had high hopes but that didn't happen. Splash referred their installer for my pool, which was the start of a nightmare. We are in Sept and still ongoing since July. Installer burned my pool with a cig in 2 spots, cut my hose because they were hot, kept things to pool, pieces not installed correctly, 3 wks after install weeds are growing thru the bottom of liner and never delivered the deck I paid just about $2000 to him to deliver. Equipment never hooked up, Finally after many calls, Equipment hooked up and all leaked, it leaked so bad the top ring broke off. The installer avoided all calls and texts. I contacted Splash, first Micha was working with me and he promised he would get straight since they referred, he would hold them accountable. I had put a review on thier page on the insatller. Micah asked that I remove it and promised over and over it would be resolved, therefore I agreed and removed. This went on for two weeks. I called back several times to follow up, then Brain, supposedly the manager got involved. He pretty much scolded me about putting a bad review on thier fb page for the installer over and over and that he just gave me a name, no he recomended and referred me to thier installer. Finally I said we cant get anything resolved like this. He texted and said he would make it right and followed up a couple times about ordering the part and said he would fix it all and to trust him everything would be right. Then NOTHING, followed up and it was like talking to an entirely different person. He again said I just gave you a name and cant help you. I reminded him that he said 'I had his word he would fix it'. His total story changed. He said he could refer someone else to come look at it, NO THANKS. How can you have good intergrity and good cust. service if you totally go back on your word. I just want my pool running, I've invested to much money for it not to be. Please BEWARE, this is horrible and promises are made and not kept, hoping I would go away.

I recently took down and reinstalled a Used Pool for Joni Tullier of Plaquemine.Mrs. Tullier bought a Used Pool sight unseen and with only a partial picture of the pool.Mrs. Tullier has accused Splash Pools of everything that she can think of because of me Installing her Pool.I would like to clarify exactly what happened with her.The Pool was not a complete Pool and she states that I have taken things that belong to her. At NO TIME have I kept anything that belongs to Mrs. Tullier and the Woman who she bought it from has told her that she sent everything that she agreed to with me on the day we took down the pool. This Woman has lied to Mrs. Tullier from the start and continues to lie to her about the pool.Mrs. Tullier refuses to believe that someone would lie to her and yet she continues to disparage my name and Splash Pools and Spas. I have tried to appease her but nothing I do matters to her because she has to blame someone other than herself for the mistake she made in buying a Used Pool sight unseen.Splash is a excellent place to work and shop for pools and supplies.Thank YouGlenn Wall

Do Not buy from Splash Pools. My daughter bought an above ground pool last year 3/2020 and has yet to get everything done as of today 7/6/21. They sent the wrong pool wall twice , she still hasn't received her pool cover yet. Her pool liner has two holes on the bottom , the installer last year patched it and promised to change out her liner and pool wall this year 2021 and it still hasn't been done and installer will not return her calls. Poor customer service !! Buyer beware !!! They will lie to you over and over !!!

Negative stars - Micah and Brian, the two "managers", using that term very loosely, are the most unhelpful, inconsiderate, and rudest people I have ever encountered! When I called the store to inquire about a hot tub and spoke to Brian a couple months ago he seemed helpful. I went in later that same day and did not even get acknowledged upon entering the store. I waited around for a couple minutes before finally asking someone to speak to Brian. It was like pulling teeth to get information out of him regarding the hot tubs, as if he really didn't care to sell any or not. I finally got information I needed and passed it along to my boyfriend. He took over trying to call and communicate w/ Micah, whom of which would never return phone calls, he'd say he'd call back and never would. We wanted status on the hot tub, it kept getting delayed. We understand that, but just communicate w/ us and call us back when you say you will. My bf spoke to both Brian and Micah on several occasions and they got rude w/ him. That is NOT how you conduct business; extremely poor customer service! So my bf asked for a full refund and they didn't have an issue doing so. I guess the store doesn't need to make money for these boys to keep a job!

This has been the worst purchase experience of my life. I have saved for over a year now to buy my pool. Go in, get a quote and was told step by step what will happen after purchase. Go back the next week to purchase. Easy enough. I have to call after a week of waiting for an installer to contact me. I call and was asked why I didn’t call other people on the list. What list. When I left the store you said someone will be in contact within the next day. Now I have a $7000 pool sitting somewhere at splash, I hope, no installer and no call back. Don’t purchase here. Big mistake. I would rather buy a used car while getting my teeth pulled out then ever going here again after this.

if I can give negative 100 I would. We purchased an above ground pool April 2019 - happy experience until all the parts are not in.. they went ahead an installed with 2 different top rails and promised to be back with the correct ones. A year and half later, multiple calls, lies, etc.. still no rails.. oh wait they are at the store now but no install!!!

I would give zero stars if possible. My husband and I purchased at Hot Tub from Splash back in April. We decided to go with the GreenSky financing that was offered by them. We were told by Brian that our payments would be one amount which was true but only for just about 3 months. After that, our payment would go up to a note we are not comfortable paying and never would have gotten the tub had we known this. Of course, Splash has already made the sale so they are done with us. Before I forget, our brand new $9,000 hot tub was delivered damaged. We were told the side panel was ordered and would be in shortly. We are now in November, do you think we have it? You guessed it, we don't!! Do yourself a favor don't do it! I sure wish we wouldn't have!

When you think you have gotten terrible customer service and you wonder how few stars to rate the company, please take a pause, go try to do business with splash pools. Once you have tried your best to spend money there, there is zero doubt you will know what 1 star service truly is. If money was a hockey puck their employees are all star goalies slapping your shot away as best they can. I truly feel they are disappointed when your puck makes it through and money makes it into the register. It's that bad!!! How they have been in business so long is a complete mystery. With 1 oz of competent management there's no doubt that place would do 10x the business. Honestly, I wrote this 3 times and this is the nicest I could be! It's just awful and looking at the other reviews, it's been the same way, with the same people for years so obviously they are proud of 1 star and don't think any changes are necessary.

I went in twice and priced a dining set. I was given a quote on the one I wanted, including tax and delivery fee. When I called the next day and ordered it, they charged me $980 more than the quote. They acknowledged the mistake and had the manager call me- all he offered was to waive delivery fee of $75 and knock off $100. I said I didn't want it and they said they cancelled the sale. My VISA bill came in and I was charged $3800! I had to call twice and file a complaint with VISA to finally get the charged reversed. Terrible management and poor salesmanship. Do not waste your time here!

Zero stars! This will be long but please read if you are thinking about purchasing from them. We went in on June 7 to see what’s available. After some research they definitely had the better prices. So we decided to order. Micah got very excited because they supposedly had the pool in stock and told us we could possibly get it that Friday. We (me and my 2 kids) were so excited that we may have a pool in a week! So we started getting the yard ready and decided to sell our easy set pool. First call was that Friday to check, part of the pool wasn’t in. Since then I have called almost daily for a month to check, there was a new excuse every time I called. This past week I called every day and left a message for Micah. He did not call me back at all. Finally on that Friday he answered the phone. I asked why was he trying to avoid me and he claimed he did not receive any messages. So he said he would have to check his notes and call me back. I said are you really going to call back and he promised he would. It is now Monday and still nothing. I called and spoke to Brian (who I left most of the messages with) and he apologized and promised to call back with a status. Tuesday and no call. I finally went in Wednesday to get a refund. They processed the refund no problem, didn’t care to make things right. I understand things happen and you may not receive things as planned but have the decency to not lie and call customers back! One of the worst experiences!
